变叶病

This disease returns seedling of meeting enroach on to cause seedling corrupt, root end and bottom lamina blacken cankered; Coping of enroach on bine and Xie Ji ministry, ill ministry blackens cause heart corrupt, ill ministry gives out fragrance; Enroach on lamina causes the ill spot of strip form, it is first cinnamon, turn into hoar after.

本病还会侵害幼苗引起苗腐，根端及下部叶片变黑腐烂；侵害茎顶部和叶基部，病部变黑引起心腐，病部发出香味；侵害叶片引起长条形的病斑，初为黄褐色，后转成灰白色。

The research of cytology shows that there are dramatically morphological and structure changes in the leaf: the cells of mesophyll array loosely and parenchyma cells reduced, cambium becomes thinner and degree of xylem becomes more serious, the content of chlorophyll dropped; the changes of conducting tissue and stoma structure affect transport and allocation of water and nutrient, hinder leaf growth and disturb regular metabolism of leaf, at last lead to wilt, rot and become crisp papyraceous.

细胞学研究表明，病叶组织的叶肉细胞排列疏松，薄壁细胞层次减少，形成层变薄，木质化程度加深，叶绿体减少；在病叶中由于疏导组织和气孔的结构发生变化，影响养分和水分在植株体内的运输和分配，干扰叶片的正常代谢，抑制叶片的生长发育，最终导致叶片失水萎缩、干枯，变为焦脆的干纸状。

Comparing the nucleotide sequences of 16S rRNA gene and ribosomal protein gene, we could find that these two strains have the highest homology of 99.4% and 99.8%, respectively. The nucleotide sequences of 16S rRNA gene for the CWB-YN strain shared higher homology (98.5%,98.9% and 98.0%) with phytoplasma strains in Tomato big bug 16SrI-A group, Western aster yellow (16SrI-B group and Clover phyllody (16SrI-C group). But it is obviously under 97.0% with other phytoplasma groups. The CWB-GZh strain shared higher homology (98.7%,99.1% and 98.3%) with phytoplasma strains in Tomato big bug(16SrI-A group ),Western aster yellow (16SrI-B group) and Clover phyllody (16SrI-C group).

苦楝丛枝病植原体云南株系与其它组16S rRNA基因序列的同源率进行比较，结果与16SrI-A组中的番茄巨芽病植原体(Tomato big bug，BB)、16SrI-B组中的西方翠菊黄化病植原体(Western aster yellow，SAY)和16SrI-C组中的三叶草变病植原体(Clover phyllody，CPh)同源率达最高，分别为98.5%、98.9%和98.0%，而与其它组的植原体16S rRNA基因序列的同源率均低于95%；苦楝丛枝病植原体贵州株系与16Sr I-A组的番茄巨芽病植原体(Tomato big bug，BB)、16Sr I-B组的西方翠菊黄化病植原体(Western aster yellow， SAY)和16SrI-C组中的三叶草变叶病植原体(Clover phyllody，CPh)的同源率达最高，分别为98.7%、99.1%和98.3%。

Results: Pulmonary candidiasis model were confirmed in 13 rabbits. The early CT appearance of pulmonary candidiasis was found from the second day to the tenth day after inoculation. We found consolidation in 10 cases, including 6 sublobe consolidation (intra-alveolar exudates) and 4 lobe or section consolidation (pulmonary infarct or hemorrhage).

结果：成功建立13例兔肺念珠菌病模型，首次CT阳性表现出现于接种后2~10 d，包括实变影10例：其中小叶性分布6例，病理表现为肺泡炎性渗出；叶段性分布4例，病理表现为肺组织坏死或出血性渗出。

On the basis of ecologic balance, developing the complex biological preparation as a goal, we first explored two compatibly antagonists to control the leaf disease of forest plant and hoped this two antagonistic fungi could play a cooperative role in controlling the pine needle blight. The main research results were as follows: 1 , The dual test showed the two antagonistic fungi(Gliocladiutm virens ,Bacillus firmus)had some differences to Pestalotia funerea in the inhibition mode. The role of G virens to the P.funerea, mainly displayed the competition in the nutrition and space, but the B. firmus had the distinct inhibition zone to the P.

本研究以生态平衡为理论基础，开发复合生物制剂为目标，首次将两种亲和拮抗菌用于森林植物叶部病害，以期两种复合拮抗菌在松属植物赤枯病防治中发挥协同作用，其主要研究结果如下： 1、对峙培养显示两种颉抗菌(Gliocladium virens、Bacillus firmus)对赤枯病菌的抗生方式有一些差异。G.virens对P.funerea的作用，主要表现为营养与空间上的竞争，无抑菌圈；而B.firmus对P.funerea有明显的抑菌圈(平均6mm)，对峙培养4-5d后菌丝逐稀疏、干枯、变黄。
