aeroallergen specific ige antibody in the serum of 625 patients with allergic rhinitis were positive. total ige in serum was positive in 413 cases, accounting for 66.1%. the positive rate of total ige was less than that of aeroallergen specific ige. the positive rate of aeroallergen specific ige in order were mite mixture (84.32%), cockroach (19.04%), cypress (15.20%), cat-dog epithelia (13.12%), tree mixture (7.20%), ragweed (5.12%), humulus lupulus (1.76%), mugwort (1.76%), mould mixture (1.44%). in the two groups, the positive rate of aeroallergen specific ige in order were similar.

625例变应性鼻炎患者中吸入性变应原特异性ige阳性率依次为尘螨84.32%、蟑螂19.04%、柏树15.20%、动物毛皮屑组合13.12%、树木花粉组合7.20%、矮豚草5.12%，葎草1.76%、蒿草1.76%、霉菌组合1.44%；总ige阳性者413例(66.1%)明显低于特异性ige阳性率；两组中最常见的变应原相似；未成年组屋尘螨的阳性率及敏感程度明显高于成年组(p 0.01)。

By fitting the models of semivariogram of them and analyzing the patterns, it was found that the nugget range of macropterous SBPH and larval SBPH were approaching to that of spiders, as well as the range of structural intensity, but the nuggets of SBPH were not approaching to that of spiders, neither the structural intensity.
