Using the Bayes's theory about a estimate,the article researches the problem of probability change points,then gives a concrete priori distribution and posterior distribution,as well as gives a judge to the existence of probability change points.

利用Bayes估计理论，研究概率变点问题，给出变点的一个具体先验分布和后验分布，并对变点的存在性作出判断。

It is worth to be noted that the needed driving current to the MR valve with both annular and radial damping gaps is less than that to the MR valve with annular damping gaps under the cut-off state of the MR valves, which show that the MR valve with both annular and radial damping gaps consumes less energy.

测试结果显示：（1）在相同的工作条件下，同时具有圆环和圆盘阻尼间隙的磁流变阀产生的压降更明显；（2）处于截止状态时，同时具有圆环和圆盘阻尼间隙的磁流变阀的激励电流明显小于具有圆环阻尼间隙的磁流变阀的激励电流，因此采用同时具有圆环和圆盘阻尼间隙的磁流变阀可以节约能量的消耗。

In the last new years , as the demands of wireless communication system grows rapidly , the bands of microwave frequency had been saturated with various communication applications . To achieve wider spectrum for high-speed and high-capacity transmission , bands of millimeter-wave frequency are the solution of this problem . The advantage of MMW wireless communication systems is wider bandwidth comparing with microwave communication systems . To utilize the spectrum efficiently , many methods of complexly digital modulation is proposed . The more complex modulation , the higher linearity is required , and more various phase of signals are required to accomplish process of modulation . Therefore high-linearity and quadrature-phase modulator and demodulator are the emphasis of this thesis . For high level of integration , high performance and low cost , this chip is fabricated by the complementary oxide semi-conductor 0.13um process . A compact size of direct down-conversion and direct up conversion circuits will be presented in this thesis .

近年来随著无线通讯产业的蓬勃发展，微波频带已经趋近於饱和，为了追求更宽的频谱来达到更快传输速率及高资料容量的传输，宽频的毫米波频段提供了解决此问题的途径，毫米波无线通讯系统提供了相对於微波通讯系统宽频的优点，且为了更有效的使用频谱，各种不同且复杂的数位调变方式及方法被发表出来，越复杂的调变方式其所需的线性度越高，且需要更多不同的相位讯号来完成调变的过程，因此高线性度及四相位的调变及解调器将是此篇论文的研究重点，为了达到高整合性，高效能，及低成本的电路设计，我门利用互补式金氧半导体制程来完成此电路设计，因此一小面积的直接降频(Direct down-conversion)及直接升频(direct up-conversion)电路将在文中介绍。

It is clarified for the first time that the thermal fatigue failure of solder joint is actually a creep strain low cycle fatigue failure, and a physical model for creep fatigue crack propagation has been proposed. It was pointed out that creep strain increases in the high stress area ahead of the tip of thermal fatigue crack, results on one hand that the slide of crack tip increase, inactivation more serious and crack close length increases, the other hand, that intergranular crack exists, whose direction will affect the fatigue crack propagating.

本文首次阐明了焊点的热循环失效本质上是以焊点内循环蠕变为主要应变的低周疲劳失效，并在此基础上提出了蠕变疲劳裂纹扩展的物理模型，指出热循环裂纹前端的高应力区内，蠕变加剧，使裂纹前端滑移增加，裂纹钝化加剧，导致随后的裂纹闭合扩展长度增加；同时蠕变也使裂纹前端的高应力区出现晶间裂纹，蠕变沿晶裂纹对主裂纹扩展的影响取决于沿晶裂纹的连接方向。

Combining the mechanism of oxygen diffusion with the block model in YBCO, the mechanism of the phase transitions can he explained as follows: the phase transition at 400℃ comes directly from O(1) in the rock salt block, and corresponds to the beginning of O-T; the phase transition at 850℃ corresponds to the end of O-T, when O(2) and O(3) of Cu(2)-O plain are rearranged and a few oxygen enter O(1) site of Cu(1)-O plain through O(4) bridge atom, and at last escape from the crystal cell. Thus the phase transition at 850℃ is related with the pervoskite block.

结合YBCO中氧扩散机制和块模型，相变机理解释如下：400℃的相变直接来自于岩盐块，对应于正交－四方转变的起点；850℃相变对应于正交－四方转变的终点，此时Cu(2)-O面中的O(2)和O(3)重排，一些O通过O(4)桥原子进入O(1)位，最后逸出晶胞，因而850℃相变与钙钛矿关系密切。
