11月，接《关于下达2009年广东省建设现代化产业体系技术创新滚动计划切块项目计划》的通知，我公司项目"风力机机舱用升压干式变压器开发"获50万元的专项资助。

The stable and reliable operation voltage of the probe can be given by the following methods:(1) 20% light coupling efficiency is obtained by direct coupling of LD-optical fiber.(2) The light power is transmitted by multi-model optical fiber.(3) The largest photo-electric conversion efficiency is achieved by selecting the transformer regulation of step-up transformer.(4) The stable light intensity is achieved by using LD light feedback of driving circuit and refrigeration.

通过下述方法可提供稳定、可靠的探头工作电压：LD—光纤的直接耦合方式，可实现20％左右的光耦合效率；采用多模光纤传输功率；选择升压变压器最佳变比提高光电转换效率；采取LD驱动电路光反馈以及致冷措施使其发光幅值稳定。

高频高压臭氧发生装置的基本原理是：输入380V±15%三相交流电源，经初级全桥整流滤波成为直流，通过IGBT逆变部件，转换成20KHZ以上的高频交流脉冲，再经高频变压器升压，最后由快速整流管、电抗器整定为可供发生臭氧用的直流电源。

1kW 40～60VDC/380VDC全桥Boost型双输入直流变换器的理论分析和仿真结果表明，这种变换器具有多路输入源之间以及输出与输入源之间双隔离、电路拓扑简洁、电压匹配能力强、多路输入源可同时或分时供电、输入电流纹波小、功率密度高、变换效率高、负载短路时可靠性高、高频变压器磁通易于叠加等优点。

概率最优潮流模型中，风电场采用考虑无功功率—滑加热器差特性的风电概率模型，不等式约束中除了机组出力约束、有载调压变压器变比约束、电压约束和支路电流约束，也考虑了风电场无功补偿容量约束、系统的分钟级爬坡能力约束；使用非线性互补函数将概率最优潮流的KKT条件转化为一组包含有不光滑函数的非线性代数方程组，然后基于一次二阶矩法确定了以待求量的数字特征表示的POPF模型，由于该模型包含不光滑函数，因此采用基于次微分的半光滑牛顿型方加热器法求解。
