This dissertation gives a special research in microcomputer relay protection for power transformer of 110kV or below voltage ratings, which based on widely summarizing the theory of power system relay protection and its advanced trend. After analyzing the working character of the transformer in details and absorbing the advantages in other power transformer protection, a scheme which is fit to power transformer of 110kV or below voltage ratings is put forward.

本文在全面介绍和评述电力系统微机保护原理及其发展趋势的基础上，对电力系统中大量应用的110kV及以下各电压等级的变压器保护进行了专门研究，根据这一类电力变压器的运行特点，吸取以往各种保护方法的长处，提出了这类电力变压器保护方案。

In the paper,vacuum circuit breaker switchingtransformers process is simulated with Saber software and parameters are analyzed Theresults indicate that overvoltage peak value of switching no load transformers is not muchhigh,especially for switching load transformers.Yet,reignition overvoltage might doharm to transformer coils by cumulative effects for its surge steepness.The measures liesin setting parallel connection capacitance in practice working.

本文利用Saber仿真软件对真空断路器切除变压器的一个完整过程进行了仿真计算，并详细分析了各种参数对过电压的影响，结果表明，尽管实际中切除空载变压器过电压的幅值并不是很高，特别是带负载变压器的情况，但重燃过电压的陡度较大，对变压器绕组的纵绝缘有累积作用，在实际工作中应以并联电容为基础的限压装置。

For power supply, we designed through invariable AC input, after being commutated into DC, then inverted AC through IGBT, realized the output of high frequency high voltage sinusoidal wave through inductor to leach wave and high frequency transformer to elevate voltage at last.

On the basis of instantaneous forced analysis to short circuit of power transformer and numerical value calculation using low voltage impulse analysis, the paper presents the essentiality of winding distortion after short circuit of power transformer. By contrasting the three main ways of the world such as low-voltage impulse、 short circuit impedance analysis and frequency response analysis , FRA is adopted for distortion testing. Then we design a new testing instrument of transformer winding distortion—testing system of transformer winding distortion.

本文首先在对电力变压器短路时的瞬时受力分析及所受电磁力的有限元法的数值计算的基础上，论证了电力变压器短路以后进行绕组变形测试的必要性；然后通过比较的方法对目前国内外主要使用的三种方法：低压脉冲法、短路阻抗法和频率响应法，进行了一一对比，并根据对比结果，确定在本课题中使用频响法；最后在理论研究的基础上，设计出了一种新型的变压器绕组变形测试仪——电力变压器绕组变形测试系统。

In this thesis three kinds of piezoelectric transformers are investigated, including circular cylinder piezoelectric transformer of thickness-shear mode, cylindrical thin shell piezoelectric transformer of torsional mode and multi-layered rectangular plate piezoelectric transformer of thickness-twist mode.
