In this paper eighteen examples, which are designed strictly owning to currently Codefor seismic design of buildings of my country, are used to analyze the structure earthquakeresponse under the horizontal seismic load (nabla load distribution pattern) by Push-overanalytical method. The corresponding structural influencing coefficient, the displacementamplification factor, the overstength and ductility factors are analyzed taking into accountthe factors changing, such as level number, span length, span number.

本文严格按我国《建筑抗震设计规范》设计了18个多层钢框架，并以此为例，采用Push-over方法分析了结构在水平荷载作用下的地震反应，得出了多层钢框架的结构影响系数、结构延性和超强系数以及位移放大系数，并讨论了这些系数随着结构层数、跨度及跨数的变化规律。

Numerical simulation and shaking table tests for acceleration response of piles in liquefiable ground were performed under three earthquake events.

结果表明：三种地震输入下，自下而上沿桩-柱墩长度方向，加速度峰值放大系数变化基本一致且均出现在10～20s时段内，加速度时程曲线的形状也极其相似；压缩0.15g El Centro波输入下加速度反应在砂土层与黏土层过渡带有增大趋势、在地表则有一定程度减小，且压缩0.15g El Centro波较0.15g El Centro波输入下均偏小，0.15g El Cen-tro波输入下自下而上桩的加速度时程幅值和峰值放大系数的试验值、计算值均一直有较大幅度增大；0.5g El Centro波输入下，加速度时程幅值的计算值和试验值在桩折断位置之下一直增大、至砂土层与黏土层过渡带则大大减小，加速度峰值放大系数的试验值和计算值在砂土层与黏土层过渡带突变增大、而在地表则明显减小，且较0.15g El Centro波输入下桩的峰值放大系数要偏小。

研究表明，pH的变异系数最小为12.95%，土壤有效磷的变异系数最大，变异值达到了122.18%；经克里金插值分析，研究区土壤养分的空间相关性减弱，朝均一化发展，这说明了红花套镇土地养分变化受人为因素影响较大，当地的土壤适合并已形成大面积的发展种养殖业，传统的稻、麦、棉种植数量和产量都与红花套镇的人平纯收负相关，对当地人平纯收贡献最大的是柑桔总产，相关系数分别为0.822，0.966，土地利用效率最大的是水产品养殖，相关系数分别为-0.760，0.870。

探究结果表明：TC尺度有明显的季节变化特征，平均尺度在4月份最大，达到230.4km，2月份最小，为69.5km；TC尺度有明显的区域分布不均匀性，TC尺度出现最大值的区域位于28.6～29.5°N，131.1～133.0°E的海面上，而在123°E以东和12°N以南地区，TC尺度往往都在200km以下；对于不同强度的TC，其尺度和强度变幅有明显差异，热带风暴的24h尺度变幅最大，而台风的24h强度变幅最大；TC尺度和强度的相关性在不同路径下是有差异的，西北行、西行、北上型的TC尺度和强度呈显著的正相关，两者的相关系数达到了0.93以上，东北行和回旋型的TC尺度和强度的相关系数接近0.6，转向型TC的相关系数在0.85左右；此外，TC尺度和强度的相关性在其生命史的不同阶段也存在显著差异，在发展期，尺度和强度的相关性最好，其相关系数。。。

The temperature affects partition of dipotassium glycyrrhizinat but the effect is minor. On the same time pH has major impact on the partition of dipotassium glycyrrhizinat. The coefficient is eight times higher when pH reaches 2. The improved Diamond-Hsu model can be used to correlate the partition coefficient of dipotassium glycyrrhizinat in the system of water/ethanol/isobutanol. The result of Infrared and TG analysis indicate the extraction product has the same characteristic features with dipotassium glycyrrhizinat.

结果表明：体系的初始点越靠近临界点，甘草酸二钾的分配系数越大；温度对甘草酸二钾的分配有～定的影响，但分配系数随温度变化不大；pH值对甘草酸二钾的分配有较大的影响，在pH=2附近，分配系数高出其他位置达8倍；改进的Diamond-Hsu模型可以用于关联甘草酸二钾在水+乙醇+异丁醇体系中的分配系数；红外和TG分析结果表明萃取产物与甘草酸二钾样品的性质特征相同。

The main works by this paper are as followings: In allusion to the concentrically braced frame, we make use of the STS program to design structure, after pushover analyzing with the program of SAP2000, through iteration and finally solve the structural influencing coefficientare, displacement coefficient, ductility coefficient and overstrength coefficient, then analyze the homologous variety regulation.

本文研究的主要内容如下：基于现行抗震设计规范，针对V型中心支撑钢框架，采用STS进行结构设计，借助于Sap2000程序进行Pushover静力推覆，通过迭代法求解了结构的结构影响系数、位移放大系数、超强系数、延性系数，并分析相应的变化规律。

在该模型中，用夹层的骨架弹性储水系数进行地下水流模型和土体变形模型的耦合，用不同的弹性储水系数来计算夹层和含水层内的储水量变化，用夹层的骨架弹性储水系数和非弹性储水系数来体现夹层的弹性和非弹性变形，用扩散方程来描述滞后夹层内的水头分布，从而使模型能够很好地体现夹层的弹性和非弹性压缩，并能同时考虑夹层变形的滞后现象。

Stage I of both male and female stone flounder appears only once in all its life, and the germ cells are comprised by spermatogonia or oogonia. The gonad from Mar to Aug keeps at stage II. The gonad index of testis at this stage is 0.037%, and the amount of spermatogonia is increased quickly. There is some linear germ plasm in the cytoplasm of spermatogina. In ovary at this stage it is mostly composed by oocyte of phase 2 which the character is the appearance of yolk nucleus, and no zona radiate in membrane. The mean GI of ovary is 1.95%. From Sep to Oct gonad is at stage III which testis is composed by lots of spermatogina and few spermatocytes, and the mean GI of testis at this stage is 0.086%. In ovary the ooctyes at phase 3 are in dominate position, the yolk nucleus disappear. And the GI of this stage is 3.35%. Both testis and ovary are at stage IV in Nov. hi testis the germ cells are in spermiogenesis, and the mean GI is 0.93%. hi ovary the oocytes are mostly at phase 4, which are filled in the cytoplasm with vitellin granule, and the zona radiate in membrane begins to formation. Nucleus moves to one side of the oocyte gradually. The mean GI of ovary at this stage is 9.37%.

在每年的3月-8月期间性腺处于Ⅱ期，此期精巢中精原细胞明显增多，胞质局部可见有线状的生殖质存在，平均成熟系数为0.037％；卵巢中以2时相卵母细胞为主，可见细胞质中出现强嗜碱性的卵黄核，细胞外由一层滤泡细胞包围，但尚无放射带，平均成熟系数为1.95％。9月-10月期间性腺处于Ⅲ期，此期精巢中仍有大量精原细胞，同时可见部分精母细胞，平均成熟系数为0.086％；卵巢中以3时石鲜孟加限加$玩印面n洲匆s性腺发生、分化及发育的周年变化相卵母细胞为主，细胞质中的卵黄核己消失，平均成熟系数为3.35%。11月性腺处于IV期，此期精巢内精细胞正处于不同的形成过程中，平均成熟系数为0.93%；卵巢中以4时相卵母细胞为主，胞质中充满染成桔红色的卵黄颗粒。
