本文对医学领域中判别分析方法的新进展做一综述，介绍了微阵列基因表达数据判别分析中偏最小二乘法降维、离散小波变换法降维、logitboost算法、随机森林、模糊核判别分析以及时间序列多元数据有序判别分析法、自身有变化规律数据的变系数logistic回归模型判别分析法的基本思想、算法和适用条件。

在发生超补偿作用时，棉株体内各项生理状况都有较大改善，如株高生长受到抑制，叶面积系数增大，体内光合作用、蛋白质代谢、可溶性糖、淀粉及氮代谢等生理活动都表现出先增强而后减弱的变化趋势，然后是向CK尽量地靠近并有波动地与之保持一致。

The main contributions include:(1) Energy conservation law of Haar wavelets transform is proved to compress data streams.(2) The relation between the coincidence measure and trend of streams is revealed as along with the invariability under parallel shift and the equivalence law over coincidence measure to approximately express data-streams by the wavelet coefficient of the characteristic stream and its energy.(3) Multi-Scales energy decomposition model is proposed to improve the compression precision.(4) The multi-scales compression algorithm and the energy conservation reconstruction algorithm are designed.(5) Extended experiments show that the compression ratio of the new methods is 2~4 times as the traditional method.

主要研究成果包括：(1)证明了Haar小波变换服从能量守恒规律，并用于压缩数据流；(2)揭示了数据流的偶合度与变化趋势的相关性、偶合度的平移不变性及等价规律，采用特征流序列的小波系数和流能量近似表示流的趋势，达到压缩的目的；(3)提出了多尺度能量分解模型，提高了表示精度；(4)设计了多尺度能量分解压缩算法以及多尺度重构算法；(5)在真实数据集上的实验表明，新方法的压缩比是传统小波方法的2～4倍。

As the representative of the northern Loess Plateau gully region, the soil quality under different cultivation length of the orchard in Changwu county was studied. Using partial correlation coefficient to determine the weight, combined with evaluation of membership Sanction to evaluate soil quality levels of the area, the trend of orchard soil quality under different cultivation years was analyzed. The results showed that the IFI values of orchard soil were between 0.22 and 0.70, 27% of them reached the second soil quality standards, 64% reached a third-level soil quality standards, 9% met the fourth standards of soil quality.

以长武北部黄土高原沟壑区为代表，研究了不同果园种植年限下的土壤质量现状，运用偏相关系数法确定权重，结合隶属度函数评价了该地区土壤的综合肥力水平，分析果树种植中土壤质量随着种植年限的变化趋势，结果表明：黄土沟壑区果园土壤IFI值在0.22~0.70，其中有27%达到了2级土壤质量标准，64%达到了3级土壤质量标准，9%达到了4级土壤质量标准。
