This experiment investigate the expression of TGF- B1 and bFGF in the rabbet corneas to find whether such expression contribute to the corneal wound healing after PRK; and compare the effects of mechanical deepithelialization with chemical deepithelialization PRK on the corneal wound healing.

裂隙灯显微镜下观察角膜Haze及角膜上皮愈合、水肿消退的情况；光镜下观察角膜组织病理学变化并计数不同时间点角膜基质浅层角膜细胞数量的变化；用逆转录-PCR法及免疫组化法检测正常对照组及PRK手术组术后1天、1周、1月、3月不同时点角膜TGF—β1和bFGF的表达情况。

By deeply analysing the variety of host cell nucleolus to estimate whether the host cell took place the programmed cell death after inoculated B.xylophilus.

按时间进程和与接种点上下距离的远近，对松苗分茎段进行粗分离和制作成石蜡切片，分别用番红-固绿双重染色法和碘化丙锭荧光染色法在光学显微镜下观察，以了解线虫侵染后在寄主体内的准确分布和数量的消长，寻找随着线虫的移动扩散，寄主不同部位细胞病变的数量、速度发生的变化规律，并进一步通过分析其细胞核的变化来判定松材线虫侵染后是否能诱发寄主细胞发生程序性死亡(programmed cell death，PCD)。

Through comparing and analyzing the wind speed in and out the slope,we find that natural wind has effect to the wind in riprap slope, both of which have uniform change trend, and with the distance from the inside of the riprap slope and block stone to the slope surface getting bigger, the natural wind effect gets lessening.

During building 2D model, I use the concepts of point, segment, line and plane, the segment can be formed from points, then line can be formed from segments, the closed curved plane can be obtained by around lines, and finally the 2D model can be built by closed curved plane; I express the un-smooth stratum or fault by linear fitting and express the smooth stratum or default by cubic spline fitting segmentally, in this way I can describe the variation feature of 2D interface properly.

The shearing failure of structural plane is considered to be corresponding to the maximum of real contact area, a criterion is given to distinguish the shearing failure of structural plane and a new select method of shear strength is brought forward subsequently; Examine the influence of geometrical features and thickness of weak intercalation on the integrative strength of weak structural plane based on the composing of basic strengths, formative mechanism of shearing plane and failure pattern; and present the quantitative relation between the strength and thickness.

4详细研究了依附型滑动面中的硬性结构面和软弱结构面力学特性和破坏模式，对硬性结构面引入摩擦学中的粘着摩擦理论，着重研究结构面在剪切过程中实际接触面的变化规律，提出实际接触面积的最大点即为强度破坏点，并结合实际数据进行了验证；对软弱结构面则从其基本强度的组成、内部剪切面的形成机理和破坏模式入手，研究了结构面的几何特性、夹层厚度和强度关系对软弱结构面综合强度值的影响，并给出了定量关系式。

It was indicated by the CALPHAD that the solute content at the end point of primary solidification changes synchronistically with the start point, solute content in dendritic arm and the partition coefficient increase with the solid fraction. Simple Scheil equation was shown to be able to calculate the eutectic amount on the base of partition coefficient calculated by thermodynamics, its prediction for the different solutes is self--consistent and agreeable with the CALPHAD. The eutectic amount and SDAS was measured in DC experiment and compared to model value, it was shown that the experimental data are in agreement with the model prediction.

相图计算耦合Scheil模型的计算结果显示， Al--Cu--Zn合金单相凝固结束点的溶质含量与凝固初始点的成分同步变化，溶质含量和溶质分凝系数随凝固过程的进行不断增加；在热力学计算出合金分凝系数的基础上，简单Scheil方程可以计算初生相含量，从不同溶质得到的计算结果是自洽的，并与相图计算耦合Scheil模型的预测值一致；实验测定了不同成分铝合金的共晶含量和枝晶间距，实验数据与模型结果基本一致。
