Image analysistechnique and the statistical method were employed to explorate thetemporal changes of injury time.③The DNA was extracted from ratcontusive tissue of brain and assayed by gel electrophoresis toinvestigate the relationship between the DNA fragmentation and injurytime.④One handred and seventeen cases of death from traumatic braininjury were retrospective researched to investigate the characteristicof TBI in forensic medicine.⑤The contusive tissue of human brain werestained by TUNEL, Caspase-3 immunohistochemistry and Feulgen"s methodsin the same way to analyze and disclose the linear relationship betweentemporal changes with injury time.

方法①建立大鼠自由落体打击脑损伤模型；②对不同损伤时间组的大鼠脑挫伤组织进行TUNEL、Caspase-3免疫组化、Feulgen's DNA染色，结合图像分析技术和统计学分析，探讨脑挫伤后神经细胞凋亡、DNA片段化和含量的时序性变化；③提取大鼠脑挫伤组织DNA进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析，观察DNA片段化随损伤时间的变化特点；④对117例颅脑损伤致死案例进行回顾性分析，探讨其法医学特点；⑤选择不同损伤时间的人脑挫伤组织同样进行TUNEL、Caspase-3免疫组化、Feulgen's DNA染色和分析，观察上述指标与损伤时间的关系。

Result :There was no significant difference between sexes,ages and sides.The fibrillation potential amplitude was maximum at 3 to 4 months after denervation of the posterior cricoarytenoid muscle or at 5 to 6 months after denervation of the thyroarytenoid muscle and still remained at certain level for years in some patients.Significant difference was showed in complete and incomplete nerve injuries groups,but changes of amplitude with time in incomplete nerve injuries group were small.

结果：不同性别、年龄及不同侧的纤颤电位波幅间的差异无显著性，失神经环杓后肌纤颤电位波幅均值在病程2～＜4个月时最高，而失神经甲杓肌纤颤电位波幅均值在病程4～＜6个月时最高，相当一部分患者的纤颤电位波幅晚期仍维持一定水平，并且神经完全损伤者和不完全损伤者各时间纤颤电位波幅均有显著性差异，而神经不完全损伤者各时间幅度变化小。

The results of CRYSTAF test showed,along with the increment of the ethylene content,an increase in the tacticity of propylene homopolymers and decreases in the isotacticity、long crystallizable sequence content.

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

结果：难治性青光眼45例（45眼）实行了Ahmed青光眼阀植入术或联合晶状体摘除、玻璃体切割、人工晶状体植入术等；术后平均观察(3～18)9.7mo；患者术前的平均眼压36.8±12.3mmHg，术后平均眼压18.0±4.5mmHg；手术成功率87%；术后最佳矫正视力提高16眼（35%），视力无变化21眼（47%），视力降低8眼（18%）；术后早期最常见的并发症是一过性浅前房及低眼压，发生率为20%，晚期最常见的并发症是滤过泡包裹，发生率是13%。

Objective To investigate the dynamic expression of insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor in the posterior retina, refractive error and eye axial length after intravitreous injection of IGF-1R antisense oligonucleotides; to study the role of IGF-1R in the development of form-deprivation myopia in the guinea pig. Methods Sixty-four 3-week-old guinea pigs were included in the study.
