At the meantime, the fluorescence spectrum is measured and the mechanism of fluorescence occurring is analyzed. Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer"s results show that the MO-PPV"s thermal stability is fine. Also the experiment of resolvable property indicates that the MO-PPV can well dissolve in chloroform. Through analyzing the film"s surface by Metaloscope and Atomic Force Microscope, the good filming is found.

The plant species diversity of 9 associations in the Oxytropis coerulea community of mount Wutai was studied by using richness index, Simpson index, Shannon-Weiner index and evenness index, respectively. The results indicated that: The quantity of populations and species in the community have obvious unevenness character, which leads to variation of λ. index and H' index among different associations. R1 and H' increase firstly, and then decline slowly with the increase of elevation, which reach peak value at 2100 while E1 index waves steadily with elevation change.

In this dissertation,Co-Cr2O3 and Fe-Cr2O3 granular films with superiorproperties have been successfully fabricated by RF co-sputtering technique underroom and 77K substrate temperatures for the first time.The microstructure,electrical transport and magnetic properties as well as their relation to TMR effectare systematically investigated by various techniques such as X-Ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,electrical diffraction,X-Rayphotoelectron spectroscopyand VSM,etc.,the change of electrical transportand magnetic properties in these films with their microstructure is also shown.Someinteresting and valuable results have been obtained after the theoretical fitting ofexperimental data with the existed theory.The temperature dependence of TMReffects in these films and the way to get larger TMR effect is also studied.Our mainprincipal results obtained are as follows:(1)Microstructure and Magnetism

AbstractAIM: To study the changes of refractive status and axial length in chicken form deprivation myopia and its recovery model, to observe the metamorphism of posterior sclera and to lay foundation for investigation of axial myopia pathogenesisMETHODS: Twenty-five newly incubated chicken were selected. Their left eyes were covered with semi-translucent membrane to deprive form perception for 14 days (form-deprivation group), or covered for 11 days followed by uncovered for 3 days. Unoccluded eyes in either group served as control eyes respectively. Retinoscopy and A- ultrasound were conducted to collect the refraction and axial length data.
