Shanghai's opening as a treaty port affected and drove Jiangnan's modernized transformation. I try to explore the following five new topics and give my own explanation: First, Shanghai's opening as a treaty port caused the changing of city's structure and economic mode in Jiangnan area. Shanghai rose up abruptly and took the chair of core city which was hold by Suzhou and Hangzhou. At the meantime, being driven and affected by Shanghai several boomtowns came out.

Daxing as the case study has been studied in this dissertation, with the help of geostatistics and GIS, on the basis of data of the second general soil quality investigation in 1982 and the corresponding data of indoors soil analyzed, the spatio-temporal law of organic total-N, hydrolyzable nitrogen, available-P and available-K below the surface of soil (0-20cm) within 20 years in Daxing has been studied, as the same time, the change of soil quality has been evaluation applying to the method of soil quality compressive index, the main results are as follows

本文以北京市大兴区为研究样区，以相同样点的1982年第二次土壤普查土壤肥力数据和2000年的新采土样分析数据为基础，运用GIS与地统计学结合的方法，研究了20年来北京市大兴区300多点位的表层土壤的(0-20cm)有机质、全氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾等肥力要素的时空变化规律，应用土壤质量综合指数法定量评价了表层土壤质量的变化，研究主要结论如下

得到的主要结果和结论如下： 1，通过用去乙酰化酶抑制剂处理果蝇幼虫，观察果蝇多线染色体在热休克基因处的形态变化，发现去乙酰化酶抑制剂介导的乙酰化水平的升高可引起染色体结构的显著变化，推测乙酰化修饰不仅影响分子间的相互作用而且还可以影响染色体的高级结构。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

通过跟踪观测一年生植物层片在一个生长周期内种类组成及其重要值的变化，并分析变化的生态学机理，得出如下结论：①在固沙区草本层片内，小画眉草的多度、盖度和重要值在群落中所占比例较大，是群落优势种；②在充足的降雨后，一年生植物都突发性萌发，但随着降雨的减少，层片内的一年生植物种群都呈衰退之势，其中小画眉草和虎尾草种群急剧减少，狗尾草、雾冰藜和虫实种群减少幅度不大。

In hydrological modelling one of the most common and significant challenges faced is the reduction of uncertainty in estimation and calibration of model parameters,especially how to estimate parameter values for ungauged basins and simulate the hydrological effects of basin development scenarios and water usage practices.

目前应用较为广泛的模型多为集总式模型。但是，集总式水文模型有很多缺点，如不能反映实际暴雨洪水产汇流的空间分布特性，无法全面的刻画水文系统分散输入集中输出的产汇流规律等。因此为了研究和解决变化环境中的水文水资源问题，评估和检测流域的径流过程和水资源量的动态变化规律，实现水资源的可持续利用和发展战略，必须开发研制有物理基础的分布式流域水文模型。

objective in order to investigate the variety of the airborne fungi in jingzhou area and study the relationships between airborne fungi and allergic diseases.methods we surveyed the fungi sensitizing of air in jingzhou city from feb.1th,2007 to jau.31th,2008 to quantitatively observe the daily airborne fungi and count under microscope through one year.results the fungi spores were present through all year.more than 20 taxa of airborne fungi have been collected,among which the most common fungi were uredinales,ustilaginales,alternaria,etc.fungi spores were ralated with the season and weather,the most aboudant period in sring and summer.conclusion the airborne fungi were seen one year and were mostly allergenic.many of then had seasonal distribution.

目的：调查荆州市气传真菌的种类、数量变化及飘散规律，了解优势菌群与过敏性疾病的关系，为荆州市空气真菌过敏症的防治提供参考。方法：2007年2月1日至2008年1月31日，在荆州市设曝片点，每日换片，收集全年气传真菌样品，在显微镜下统计，定量获得每天及全年的真菌数量。结果：全年均可见真菌孢子，共收集真菌种类20多种，其中最常见的有链格孢、锈菌、黑粉菌等，其数量和季节、气候有关，以春季、夏季最多，秋季和冬季依次降低。结论：气传真菌全年均有分布并具有较强的致敏性，部分真菌具有明显的季节性变化。

Thunderstorms mainly occur in summer with obvious diurnal variation. Analyses indicate that the general trend of Shandong thunderstorms has wavily reduced during the last 40 years .The interannual and decadal variabilities of thunderstorms are obvious in Shandong Province.

结果表明：山东省年雷暴日数的空间分布呈现出泰沂山区多、半岛沿海和山东西部平原较少的特点；雷暴主要发生在夏季，有明显的日变化；在过去40 a中，山东雷暴日数具有较强的年际、年代际变化，呈明显的波动下降的特点，并有一定的阶段性。
