The distribution and the variation of the pre-stressed effective quantities in the cross section of the beam are comprehensively analyzed by the FEA along with the variation of the span numbers, span length and linear rigidity ratio of beam to column, wherefore the effect factors and the specific conclusions of lateral restraints on the pre-stressed formation in the concrete beam are drawn.

本文以竖向支承构件有一定侧向刚度的预应力混凝土框架结构为研究对象，分析了框架梁受到柱的侧向约束时的受力机理，并运用有限元数值模拟计算方法全面分析了随着梁柱线刚度比、跨度、跨数等诸多因素的变化，框架梁中预应力有效量的分布和变化情况，得到了侧向约束对框架梁建立预压应力的影响因素和具体结论。

The concrete work and main contribution are as follows:(1) The index indicating transfer capability homogeneousness is defined, and the new terms like homogeneous grid, grid according with economic flow are put forward. These new concepts describe the degree in which transfer capability is utilized, and they provide the standard for ideal grid whose transfer capability and power generation dispatching economy are in phase. So, new idea is introduced in transfer capability analysis.(2) The multi-objective function with generation cost and transfer capability homogeneousness weighted is constructed. The relationship between system existing generation dispatching and transfer capability is revealed through comparative analysis between security economic dispatch and security homogeneous dispatch, and the variation rule analysis between generation cost and transfer capability homogeneousness with the change of weighting coefficient.(3) Example analyses demonstrate that the difference between specific power system with ideal instance can be identified effectively using the above concepts and method.

具体工作和贡献主要体现在：(1)定义了衡量电网输电能力均匀性分布的指标，提出均匀电网、符合经济流电网的新概念，以描述电网输电能力被利用的程度，并给出输电能力和发电调度经济性相协调的理想电网标准，在输电能力分析评判领域引入了新观点；(2)构造了发电费用与输电均匀性加权的多目标函数，通过对安全经济调度与安全均匀调度的对比分析，以及权系数变化过程中发电费用与输电均匀性的变化规律分析，揭示了系统现存发电调度与输电能力之间的依赖关系；(3)大量分析表明，利用上述概念和方法可有效识别系统在特定模式下与符合经济流电网的偏差程度。

The main content consists of three parts:(1) analyzing the structural dynamic changing rule considering SSI effect;(2) analyzing the earthquake response of traditional non-shake -isolate frameworks before or after considering SSI effect, and then summarizing the rules that how factors such as base-soil elastic modulus and damping ratio effect structural horizontal deflection, displacement between floors and girder-end moment;(3) analyzing the earthquake response of shake-isolate frameworks considering SSI effect or not, indicating the changes after considering SSI effect and the performance of rubber shake-isolate pad.

本文采用通用有限元程序ANSYS，对在7度多遇地震时El Centro波作用下框架的地震响应进行了分析，主要内容分为三部分：（1）分析了考虑SSI效应后结构的动力特性变化规律；（2）对传统非隔震框架结构考虑SSI效应前后的地震响应进行了分析，总结出地基土弹性模量、体系阻尼比等因素对结构各层水平位移、层间位移以及梁端弯矩的影响规律；（3）对考虑与不考虑SSI效应的基础隔震结构的地震响应进行了分析，指出了考虑SSI效应后基础隔震结构地震响应的变化规律和隔震效果。

因此，本论文选取多菌灵、百菌清、吡虫啉、万灵为受试农药，用密闭直接吸收法测定了农药对三种土壤（农田土、大棚土和校园土）呼吸作用的影响；讨论了农药种类、浓度、土壤条件的改变引起的土壤呼吸作用强度的变化及土壤呼吸量与土壤中细菌数量变化的关系；确定了农药的毒性等级和危害系数，为农药使用的环境安全性评价提供科学依据。

As an often used physical model with good theoretical and practical values, StreeterPhelps model has been widely used to study water quality. However, in some special water areas the utilitization of StreeterPhelps model has some limitation as confirming reaeration coefficient often comes from tests in rivers with fast water flow speed with no consideration of wave effects. Furthermore, in practical research in Three Gorges Reservoir, the changing rule of COD appears abnormally. In some water areas far from pollution source, the value of COD changes with time, but does not follow the exponential attenuation rule. This phenomenon can not be explained by former modified StreeterPhelps model.

第四章讨论了多载波调制技术在数据传输中的应用，针对市话信道的具体传输环境，比较了单载波调制与多载波调制的性能；针对ADSL传输的目标，采用离散多频音DMT技术，独立提出一种新的星座图变化的格状码方案VCTCM，能动态地适应不同子信道的传输能力，给出的计算机仿真结果表明该方案有较好的效果。

In addition, changes of the urbanization rate and proportion of the tertiary-industry added value to regional GDP of the area also play an important role in the cultivated land reduction. In the scope of observational data, the relationship between the prosperous level and the cultivated land area is similar to the Environmental Kuznets Curve, and Suzhou City is at the early stage of the curve, that is, the period of prominent contradictions.
