METHODS: Adult male Wistar rats, 9 weeks of age, were injected intraperitoneally with STZ to create diabetes. At 2 week after the models were created, BDNF protein was administered into the vitreous cavities of rats. At 4 week after the models were created, the rats were killed and the retina was removed for Western blotting and Whole-mount immunohistochemistry for TH to observe the changes of TH and dopaminergic amacrine cells in retina.

9周龄Wistar大鼠，链脲佐菌素（streptozotocin，STZ）腹腔注射，制成糖尿病模型，于模型建立2wk后，大鼠眼玻璃体内注射BDNF溶液，于模型建立4wk后，处死大鼠，取出眼球，取视网膜组织进行Western blotting及视网膜铺片免疫组织化学染色检测，观察视网膜中TH水平的变化，从而反映糖尿病大鼠视网膜中多巴胺能无长突细胞水平的变化。

Results show that there are multi-time scale periodic variations in AOI, the temperature and precipitation in Northwest China with significant syntonic periods of qausi-3 a between AOI and the precipitation, while the multi-time scale correlations between AOI and the temperature are quasi-2 a, 3-5 a and about 8-11 a with the strongest coherency in 8-11 a syntonic period. The influence of AO on temperature is more remarkable than that on precipitation in Northwest China for the interaction of their interdecada1 variation.

结果表明，AOI、西北地区降水和气温变化都存在着不同尺度的周期振荡，西北地区降水与AOI之间存在准3 a尺度的显著共振周期，而AOI与西北地区气温变化的多时间尺度相关表现为准2a、3~5 a和8~11 a左右的显著相关振荡且以8~11 a共振周期的凝聚性最强；AO对西北地区气温变化的影响比对降水的影响更显著，与其年代际尺度的相互作用有关。

Data analysis shows that the total amount of PAHs in the sediments of north Taihu Lake is obviously higher than that at the central and south Taihu Lake, and that there is a little difference between the contents of PAHs of high molecular weight and low molecular weight, while the ratio of PAHs varies in different sections of the lake. Through the statistical analysis of the ratio of fluoranthene to pyrene, it is concluded that PAHs mainly come from oil burning with part of them from coal and wood burning.

分析结果表明，太湖北部的多环芳烃总量明显高于中部和南部，低分子量多环芳烃与高分子量多环芳烃的含量差别不大，但在地域上比例有所变化；根据荧蒽/芘的比值统计，多环芳烃主要来源于石油燃烧，部分为煤和木材的燃烧形成。

Old aged male always go with hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes,the rate is significantly higher than that in young and middle aged male(P＜0.05), while the rale of hyperlipemia is similar in two groups.

结果 两组患者均嗜好高嘌呤饮食，中青年男性饮酒明显多于老年男性患者；发病诱因方面中青年男性主要有剧烈运动、大量饮酒，而老年男性主要是感冒、天气变化及使用利尿剂；中青年男性痛风首发第一跖趾关节为多，多数累及单关节，而老年男性则以膝、踝等大关节为多，累及2～3个关节；老年男性合并高血压、冠心病、糖尿病的概率比中青年男性多，两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，但两者合并高脂血症的概率则无明显差异。
