Results showed that the con- tent of phospholipids decreased from 23.3% to 11.2%,the content of free fatty acid increased from 1.6% to 11.5%,the content of glyceride had no significant change;SFA、MUFA and PUFA of glyceride and phos- pholipids had no significant change;in the free fatty acid,the content of PUFA significantly decreased,the content of MUFA were also decreased,but had no significant change,the content of SFA increased signifi- cantly.

结果表明：磷脂的含量从23.3%减少到11.2%，游离脂肪酸的含量从1.6%增加到11.5%，甘油酯的含量没有发生显著性变化；甘油酯和磷脂中的饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸都无显著性变化；游离脂肪酸中，PUFA的含量显著减少，MUFA的含量减少，但其变化不显著，SFA的含量显著增加。

1Based on the characteristics of carbonatite reservoir in Sangtamu area, we summarize the type of seismic reflection and the distribution of oil and gas.(2)Through the study of the lateral difference of local amplitude, which can predict the short, unorderly reflective energy gobbet of carbonatite reservior, we study the distribution of carbonatite reservoir with crack.(3)Analyzing the change of the seismic waveform, applying nerve network method to classify the seismic waveform, find the rule of its change, recognizing the change rule of seismic facies.(4)Applying the seismic multi-attribute cross method to study the surface and inner of carbonatite reservoir in buried hill. We first extract the 5 kinds of seismic attribute. Through a series of choices, we find those seismic attributes that are sensitive to the change of carbonatite reservoir.

主要的研究包括：①根据桑塔木碳酸盐岩的储层特点，总结了该区的地震反射特征及油气分布特征；②研究出一种有针对性的地震属性--局域振幅横向差异性，来定量刻画潜山内部"短轴"杂乱反射能量团，预测缝洞型碳酸盐岩内部储层的平面分布规律；③通过对地震波形变化的分析，运用神经网络对地震波形进行有效分类，找出波形变化的总体规律，从而认识地震相的变化规律；④应用交会法地震多属性分析方法，对潜山表层和内部分别提取了5大类40种地震属性，通过一系列分析表层及内幕各自优选出3种、4种地震属性用于进行交会分析。

The analysis on the test result shows that the temperature distribution in CFST members caused by solar radiation is nonlinear,and the nonlinear character is most evident when center point of concrete gets its lowest temperature. The temperature of the center point is affected by various directions, especially the strong potential. In the side exposed to the sun in the afternoon, apart from the center point, temperature varies laggardly when the point of concrete in the same series is more close to the center. But in the side not exposed to the sun in the afternoon, temperature varies laggardly when the point of concrete in the same series is more close to the center.

结果表明，日照作用下截面的温度场为非均匀场，混凝土中心的温度达到最小值时，截面温度场的非线性特性最明显，圆心点的温度受各个方向温度的共同作用，更多地受到强势方向的影响；下午时处在向阳面的各系列，同一系列上混凝土各点温度变化随直径缩小趋缓，越靠近圆心，温度变化越缓和，对外部环境的影响呈滞后现象越明显；而在下午时处在背阴面的各系列除圆心点外，同一系列上越靠近圆心的混凝土测点，温度变化越缓和。
