信用证凭受益人一式两份以我行为受票人的即期汇票于中国任一银行议付，汇票标明按2009年1月15日第107609010020号信用证出具，无追索权，金额按装运货物的100%CFR发票价格。

The Buyer shall open, With a bank to be accepted by both the Buyer and the Seller, an irrevocable,intransferable and indivisible Letter of Credit at sight, allowing partial shipments and transshipment, in favor of the seller and negotiable against first presentation of the shipping documents to the Bank of China in China.
