在事故2中，受照者8人，均佩有胶片剂量计，其剂量记录从1.6到20伦不等；用染色体畸变方法，以无着丝点畸变和击断率为指标，在计数200和500个左右的细胞时，用我们实验室所作的刻度曲线，分别进行了剂量估算；结果表明，在较低剂量的~(60)Coγ射线照射事故中，当计数500个左右的细胞时，上述&生物剂量计&仍有一定的参考价值。
