One of the problems we have seen I that when we give a drug that reduces appetitive like the Melanocortin 4 receptor agonist, that that tends to raise the blood pressure and of course that is undesirable in treating hypertensive patients to have a further rise in blood pressure so we would like to understand the molecular signaling pathways in the brain that allow for appetite, metabolic function, and blood pressure to be differentially controlled and therefore attack those different targets in treating not only obesity but also hypertension.

我们所遇到的一个难题是，当我们使用一种药物减低食欲，如黑皮质素受体4，有可能会增加血压。当然，血压进一步升高对于治疗中高血压患者是不受欢迎的。所以在高血压和肥胖的治疗中，我宁愿了解脑影响食欲、代谢功能和血压的分子信号途径，由此寻找差异性控制、进而治疗不同的目标。

Conclusions: Most of normal menstrual women and menopause transitionwomen experienced Mastalgia; Mastalgia occurred in 89.7％ of subjects and lasted forabout 2 M. in the 1-year ccHRT; Image of breast ultrasound changed following menstrualcycle in normal menstrual women; Breast pain and breast structure change may be causedby higher 〓 and P level in luteal phase; The breast structure changes of HRT user weresimilar to that in normal women and were reversible.

大部分正常月经妇女和绝经过渡期妇女有周期性乳房胀疼，绝经后妇女应用17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗1年中大部分使用者有持续约两个月的乳房胀疼；乳腺体层厚度随体内雌孕激素水平的下降和年龄的增加而逐渐萎缩，绝经后妇女应用17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗1年后，对乳腺体层的厚度没有明显的影响；超声下乳腺结构改变主要受体内雌孕激素水平的影响，正常月经妇女中1／3的乳腺结构改变具有可逆性，绝经过渡期和绝经后妇女中有一半的乳腺结构改变的特征类似正常月经妇女具有可逆性的乳腺结构改变；绝经后妇女应用17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗1年后，少数使用者出现的乳腺结构改变可随药物剂量的调整或停药而恢复；对长期HRT使用者仍需加强乳腺的监测，长期HRT对乳腺的影响值得进一步研究。

Based upon the clinical reference data, the effect of Fanden-Cupper operation to treat pendular nystagmus was analyzed, and the changes of indexes of nystagmus, before and after the Fanden-Cupper operations, were calculated when the eye vibrated by the action of horizontal extraocular muscles which were cyclically stimulated by neural pulse of 50 pps or 30 pps.

根据临床提供的资料，对用Fanden-Cupper法治疗眼球震颤的效果进行了分析，计算了水平直肌受50pps与受30pps神经脉冲循环刺激而引起眼球震颤这两种情况下，水平直肌后固定手术前后眼球震颤各项指标的变化。

Abstract］ objective to discuss the clinical meaning of the treatment of tibial plateau fracture by mipo and operation method.methods 34 cases of tibial plateau fracture with schatzker typeⅰ～ⅴ were treated by mipo during march 2005 to june 2007,then followed-up all the cases.results using mipo to treat the tibial plateau fracture in reducing bleeding and operating time,all cases had no tresis vulnus infection and necrosis,no fracture disunion,no loosening and breaking of internal fixations,etc.the knees function regained well.conclusion treating tibial plateau fractures with mipo has little obstructe in environment of fracture healing through minimally invasive,has fortes of minimally invasive,firm of internal fixations,low rate of infection,high rate of fracture healing,can reduce the complications,fit principle of biologic fixation.

目的 讨论应用微创接骨板固定术在治疗胫骨平台骨折中的临床意义及手术方法。方法运用mipo技术治疗2005年3月～2007年6月34例schatzkerⅰ～ⅴ型胫骨平台骨折，并对其进行随访观察。结果运用mipo技术治疗胫骨平台骨折，手术时间短，术中出血量少，没有发生伤口感染坏死、骨折不愈合和内固定松动、断裂等并发症，术后患者膝关节功能恢复良好。结论 mipo在治疗胫骨平台骨折时以微创来提供尽可能少受干扰的骨折愈合环境，具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点，减少了并发症的发生，符合生物学固定的原理。

This prospective, nonrandomized, open study took place at a private dermatology practice. A sequence of four groups, each made up of 10 to 20 office patients with DSO, were treated with pulse-dosed oral terbinafine, 250 mg per day for seven consecutive days, at intervals of two, three, and four months. Between 2001 and 2003, we report 3 patients diagnosed with giant cell tumor of spine treated with post-operative radiotherapy. Surgery consisted of subtotal resection of tumor. The involved vertebrae were then irradiated with doses ranging from 4500 to 6120 cGy. All patients tolerated the treatment well with no severe or chronic complications.

从2001至2003年我们共治疗三例脊椎巨细胞瘤病患，他们皆接受部份肿瘤切除，再针对受影响的脊椎进行术后放射线治疗，放射剂量为4500至6120cGy之间，三位病患都能承受整个治疗过程，并且无严重性的副作用。
