In order to simulate the mechanical performance of the end of block masonry shear wall,6 specimens with neotype block and 2 comparative specimens were designed and performed under axial compression .

为了解决混凝土砌块砌体剪力墙端部约束区配箍不足的问题，创新研制了在砌块壁内配置箍筋的新型内置箍筋混凝土砌块，并进行了6个内置箍筋的新型砌块砌体试件和2个对比试件的轴心受压试验，充分了解了内置箍筋砌块砌体的受压性能。

No matter axial pressing or small eccentricity pressing of CFSTRC, it can be concluded such conclusions as following.(1)Compared with normal concrete filled steel tube, the CFSTRC has better ductibility and limited load-carrying capacity. The outer reinforced concrete offers much help to yield load and limited load.

可以得出，无论是轴心受压还是小偏心受压：(1)钢管高强混凝土核心柱比普通钢管混凝土柱具有更好的延性和承载能力，核心柱外围钢筋混凝土对屈服荷载和极限荷载的贡献较大。

Results:1. Biopsy:(1) Non-nodular group: Symmetric enlargement of the inner glands was observed in 20 patients, 9 outer glands became thin because of the compression, 18 outer glands showed no obvious sign of compression.

结果：1、活检标本：非结节组：20例前列腺内腺对称性增大；9例外腺受压变薄，18例受压征象不明显。47点前列腺外腺穿刺活检均确诊为BPH。

Essential hypertension caused by neurovascular compression of the left ventrolateral medulla was associated with malbalance of vasomotor center in the dorsal medulla. The possible pathogenesis was the following:① An irritation of the left RVLM by pulsatile compression of an ectatic vessel would increase activity of central sympathetic neuron.② Neurovascular compression at the REZ of the cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ decreased excitation of parasympathetic nerve.③ Decreased sensitivity of afferent inputs to neuron of nucleus tractus solitarii in the sensory area lead to hyperactivity of central sympathetic nervous system due to pulsatile compression of the left RVLM.④ Neurocompression of the left RVLM and REZ in the left cranial nerves Ⅸ and Ⅹ lead to an overactivity of central renin angiotensin system.

3，结论：左侧延髓腹外侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ动脉血管压迫所导致的高血压的发生与左侧延髓血管运动中枢对血压的调节失衡有关，其可能机制是：①左侧RVLM在搏动性血管压迫刺激下，中枢交感神经元活性增高；②左侧Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压导致副交感神经兴奋性降低；③感受区孤束核神经元接受迷走神经传入冲动的敏感性减低，导致中枢交感神经活性增高；④左侧RVLM及Ⅸ、Ⅹ颅神经REZ受压引起中枢RAS活性增加。

结果 在颈椎间盘髓核脱出与游离的观察中FFE序列对纤维环断裂、髓核脱出方向以及神经根受压的发现率均明显优于T1WI、T2 WI；在腰椎间盘髓核脱出与游离的观察中FFE对纤维环断裂的显示率明显优于T1WI、T2 WI；对髓核脱出方向的判定明显优于T2 WI ；对神经根受压情况的判定FFE优于T1WI。

Resilts In the observation of cervical nucleus pulpous prolapse and free disc fragment showing fibrous circle rupture,extrusion direction and nerve-root pressure in cervical region,and showing fibrous cicrcle rupture in lumbar region,the FFE was better than T1WI,T2WI.In judging extrusion direction and nerve-root pressure,the FFE sequence was better than T2WI and T1WI respectively.
