An experiment is conducted to understand the effect of high molecular polymer fluid on the flow measurement using rotameter. In the experiment, the rotameters, which are composed of different floating elements with different shapes and materials in measuring tubes, are employed to measure the high molecular polymer fluid with viscosity from 1 MPa·s to 2 692 MPa·s. Through analyzing the impact of high molecular polymer fluid on the different rotameters, a general rule is obtained for measuring high polymer fluid using rotameter.

The results showed that the fiber had the function of absorbing toluene and trichloroethylene after introducing HEMA into macromolecules, and the absorptive process obeyed Hill equation of sigmoidal model.Toluene and trichloroethylene absorbency increased with the increase of mass fraction of HEMA,and their maximum absorbency was 10 g/g and 21 g/g,respectively.The ratio of remaining fiber also increased with the increase of mass fraction of HEMA to make organic liquid retention ratio strengthen.Furthermore,dynamic mechanical performance of the fiber was affected by mass fraction of HEMA obviously, and the segments movement was influenced more obviously.At the same time,mass fraction of HEMA had a great impact on the surface and cross section morphologies,especially,many cavities existed in surface, and cross section had a lot of holes with asymmetric size when mass fraction of HEMA was equal to 15 wt%.
结果表明,HEMA引入大分子后,所得纤维对有机液体甲苯、三氯乙烯具有吸附功能,且吸附过程符合sigmoidal模型中的Hill方程;随HEMA质量分数的增加,纤维对甲苯和三氯乙烯的饱和吸附量增大,对甲苯和三氯乙烯的最大吸附量分别可达10 g/g和21 g/g;随HEMA质量分数的增加,纤维剩余率增加的同时,使纤维对甲苯和三氯乙烯的握持能力增强;HEMA质量分数对纤维动态力学性能有突出影响,特别是链段运动受其影响更为明显;HEMA质量分数对纤维表面和断面形貌均有显著影响,特别是当HEMA质量分数为15 wt%时,所得纤维表面出现了许多空洞,其断面存在许多尺寸不均的空洞。

The comparative investigation of the characteristics of deformation and AE were conducted and the results are presented as followed: 1. The characteristics of rock AE are correlated to the strength, joints, cracks, and the size and hardness of crystalline grain. 2. The sequence of AE can be divided into four phases: beginning phase, tempestuousness phase, drop phase and dreariness phase. The loss and the duration of the phases are correlated to the rock character and flaws in the rock. 3. The AE rate characteristics are not almost concordant with the AE energy rate. 4. Besides the homogeneity, the strength of rock contributes the activity of AE. The higher the strength is, the lower the activity is. 5. There is a dreariness phase before the failure of most kinds of rock. 6. Whether the precursor is obvious is correlated to rock the character, and the precursor of AE rate is more apparent than the precursor of AE energy rate comparatively.

The results showed that (1) the positive staining of ChAT was obviously observed in the cells of the three kinds of human pituitary adenoma, however, it was lower than that in normal human pituitary gland;(2) ACh had a similar effect on the proliferation of the three kinds of human pituitary adenoma cells. ACh at 0.1~10 μmol/L decreased the [3H]TdR incorporation and the MTT A value in a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, ACh decreased the ratio of S or G2 phase pituitary adenoma cells significantly, but increased the ratio of G1 phase pituitary tumour cells markedly;(3) the effect of acetylcholine on the proliferation of human pituitary adenoma cells was inhibited by atropine, but not by tubocurarine;(4) ACh had no effect on the apoptosis of human pituitary adenoma cells cultured in vitro.

The wet plate pressure drop linearly ascends as the clear liquid height increases. Liquid lift-up increases at first then decreases with the increasing of the kinetic energy factor in plate hole, increases with the clear liquid height increasing and the height of cap decreasing, but as the kinetic energy factor in plate hole increased, the influence of height of cap will gradually decreased.
