In order to study degradation of potassic mineral by fungi, we isolated a thermophilic fungi strain TH003 from compost. The strain can use extract potassium from rocks as a nutrient. The strain was identified as Aspergillus fumigatus based on its morphological characteristics and molecular result.

为研究真菌对含钾矿物的吸附降解作用，作者从高温堆肥中分离选育出了一株丝状真菌TH003菌株，通过在含有矿物颗粒的改进PDA培养基中培养，使其在培养液中与矿物颗粒发生作用，再取样进行电镜观察和X-射线衍射分析以及电子探针观察。

The results indicated that ultra-low nitrogen (0.001 0%-0.008 0%, w/%) in low alloy steel could be determined accurately under such optimized analytical conditions as follow: the addition of deoxidizing agent was less than 0.35%, multi-head milling cutter should be chosen and the milling depth was 1.4 mm while sampling, the mass percentage of argon was no less than 99.999 5%, the washing time was set as 8 s, the precombustion time was set as 3. 3 s and energetic precombustion energetic measure optical source mode is adopted.

结果表明，取样时控制脱氧剂加入量不超过0.35%且选用多刀头铣刀盘，铣样深度为1.4 mm；在氩气的质量分数不小于99.999 5%，冲洗时间为8 s，预燃时间为3.3 s，采用高能预燃高能测量光源方式等优化的分析条件下，可有效测定低合金成品钢中质量分数为0.001 0%~0.008 0%的超低氮。

The results showed that 7-day-precultured embryogenic calli had the best responses for bombardment among 2-7 day' preculture duration. Enhanced transformation efficiency was found in the explants treated with high osmotic medium 4h prior to till 24 h after bombardment. Particles of gold and tungsten were both found suitable for rice transformation and there was no adverse effect when tungsten particles were reduced to 1/3 standard amount for DNA precipitation on transient GUS gene expression. However, it was found that gold particle had higher GUS expression at 120 h post-bombardment. A preliminary microprojectile transformation system with an average of 15-20 blue spots/explant GUS expression was routinely obtained for 'Tainung 67' by using the particle gun with 1,100 psi rupture disk, 6 or 9 cm microcarrier flight distance and 4 mm of macrocarrier flight distance setting.

初步结果显示，以预培养2~7日之胚性癒合组织逐日测试转殖率，以预培养7日之培植体表现最佳；培植体於转殖前4小时至转殖后24小时以高渗透压培养基处理，有助於转殖效率之提高；比较金、钨粒子对转殖率在转殖后48h並无不同，但转殖后120 h取样，则金粒子组有较高之蓝点数；钨粒子用量可减少至1/3標准用量对转殖率並无影响；利用基因鎗在使用1， 100 psi裂碟片、大载片至挡片之距离为4 mm、微载髁至射击目標之飞行距离6或9 cm之设定，GUS基因表现之平均蓝点数均可达15~20个／培植体。

This article studied differences in postpartum fatigue and birth outcomes between women who pushed immediately and those who delayed pushing during the second stage of labor. Data were collected from primiparous women in their 38th to 42nd gestational week who did not receive epidural analgesia during labor and were free of complications during pregnancy. Using a quasi-experimental design, 72 participants selected by convenient sampling were assigned based on individual participant's preference to either an experimental or control group. For the experimental group, pushing was delayed until the point after full cervical dilation at which the mother felt a strong physical pushing reflex, the fetal head had both descended to at least the +1 level in the pelvis and turned to the occiput anterior position, and uterine contractions were at least 30 mmHg. For the control group, the physician instructed mothers to begin pushing after full cervical dilation at the point when the fetal head was in the occiput anterior position and uterine contractions were at least 30 mmHg.

本研究目的在探讨初产妇女第二产程立即用力与延迟用力对产后疲惫及生产结果的影响，收案对象为怀孕38-42周初产妇女、待产期间未施打硬脊膜外麻醉，且怀孕期间无任何合并症，於待产期间向其解释研究目的及收案方法后予以收案，采类实验设计法，以方便取样并依个案之意愿分派於实验组及控制组，实验组於子宫颈完全扩张后等到强烈想用力的感觉、胎头位到达坐骨棘连线下1公分以下、胎头位置转到枕前位、子宫收缩规律强度至少30mmHg才教导向下用力；控制组於子宫颈完全扩张后即教导向下用力，共收案72位。
