They had suppressed the cathodic process of carbon steel electrode. Their inhibition performance was also related with their molecule stereo conformation and electron configuration. Four of bis-(1, 1'-benzotriazoly)-α,β-diamide compounds linked via-CO 〓CO-chain were synthesized and certified by IR and 〓H-NMR. The minimum energy conformations of these compounds were obtained by MM2 forcefield program. The two benzotriazole moiety in BBT1 was more planar than in other compounds. This was beneficial in increasing the inhibition effects of BBT1. In 0.5M H〓SO〓 solution, BBT1 suppressed anodic corrosion reaction. In 3%NaCl solution, BBT1 suppressed both cathodic and anodic corrosion reactions. 1- [ (1'-imidazolly)-methyl] benzotriazole was synthesized by Mannich reaction.

And the properties of YBCO thin film and its substrate and deposition temperature have been analysed, comparing with LAO substrates crystallization quality, YBCO thin film properties, such as morphology and degree of grain alignment, was concluded to correlate with the crystal orientation uniform of LAO substrate as revealed by XRD.

Crystalline β-BBO thin films were successfully prepared on (001)-oriented Sr 2+-doped α-BBO substrates by using liquid phase epitaxy, pulsed laser deposition and vapor transport equilibration techniques. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray rocking curve. The present results manifest that the β-BBO thin films grown on Sr 2+-doped α-BBO substrates have larger degree of orientation f value and smaller X-ray rocking curve FWHM than the ones grown on other reported substrates.
