Abstract］ objective to summarize the methods and experience and analysing of curative effects of open operation combined eswl treating renal staghorn calculi.methods therapeutic results of 8 cases of renal staghorn calculi were analysed retrospectively.results the lithous horn of 8 cases were broken by eswl before operation,then the renal calculus were removed by pyelolithotomy or extended pyelolithotomy.conclusion the method was a good choice of renal staghorn calculi with high stone-free rate,little trauma and less complication.

摘要］ 目的总结开放性手术结合eswl治疗鹿角状肾脏结石方法经验并进行疗效分析。方法回顾分析了8例鹿角状肾脏结石患者的治疗结果。结果 8例患者术前eswl将结石角粉碎，然后应用肾盂切开或肾窦扩大切开手术取出肾盂和肾盏内结石。结论该方法对于鹿角状肾脏结石治疗，结石取净率高，对肾脏损伤小、并发症少，是较为适合的方法。

Methods The CXB combining BM was implanted into the sacrospinalis muscle of rabbits, and CXB implanted alone was used as control. Eighteen Japanese rablits with longear were used. The size of CXB was 5 mm×5 mm×5 mm, and the implanted materials were taken out at 2、 4、 8、 12、 16 and 24 weeks after implantation.

将CXB与BM复合及单纯CXB植入兔的骶棘肌内，术后2、4、8、12、16及24周取出植入材料作组织学及组织化学检查，观察植入材料的成骨作用。

Results The complete 16800 bp mtDNA was separated from both samples, and the Cytb gene with 310 bp segments was amplified by PCR and the sequence indicated that the homologous similarity was 99% with sable Martes zibellina L.(GenBank: AB026109.1) and it was 45% with other animal similarity.

结果：新鲜的貂心和肝组织提取出16 800 bp的mtDNA，并能扩增出310 bp大小的Cytb基因，测序结果显示貂心Cytb基因与美洲貂(GenBank AB026109.1)同源性为99%。

Results 4 factors (mandible rotation factor, facial height factor, dental and skeletal saggital factor and maxillar rotation factor) were extracted from 156 items including age, gender and craniofacial characteristics by data reduction and factor analysis procedure.

结果对年龄、性别、颅面特征等156项指标经聚类和主成分分析精简为30个变量，再通过因子分析提取出4个因子（下颌旋转因子、面高因子、牙骨矢状因子和上颌旋转因子）。

The results of experiments has proved that paragenetic associations of the minerals of metasomatic rocks formed at 380-7000℃ temperatures and (250-800)× O.1MPa pressures are similar to those in the aforementioned three iron ore deposits, are TFe= 11.89-3881.89mg/1 is extracted from sdbvolcanic-volcanic rocks.

实验结果证明了在380—700℃和(250—800)×105Pa的温度和压力下形成了与上述三个矿床相似的交代岩的矿物共生组合，并且从次火山岩-火山岩中萃取出TFe(11.89—3881.89mg/1)。

METHODS: Fetal liver was obtained sterilely.
