从原生质体融合获得的K氏酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae var.ellipsoideus)和糖化酵母的种间融合杂种中筛选到一株酒精高产菌株HU-KDF-185，它在番薯渣糖化液(约5.0—5.5Brix)的工厂生产性发酵试验中，原料的酒精得率平均是30.77％；而当前使用的酒精生产菌株K氏酵母(对照1)则是29.71％，新市一号菌株(对照2)则是29.54％。

Pparent amino acid digestibilities and true amino acid digestibilities of six feedstuffs (barley,cooking blood meal,fermented blood meal,protein hydrolysate mixed feed,heatextruded collagen protein and local fish meal) and their mixed feeds(J1 and J2) were determined with intact and caecectomized cockerels,using Sibbaled "TME" method,and their additivities were also tested.

本研究以去盲肠鸡和正常鸡按Sibbald的&TME&方法分别测定了皮大麦、蒸煮血粉、发酵血粉、水解复合蛋白、热喷胶原蛋白、国产鱼粉及其配合饲料J1和J2的氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率。并对两种试鸡所测上述饲料原料氨基酸的消化率及其可加性作比较。结果表明：（1）6种饲料原料的某些氨基酸表观消化率和真消化率，去盲肠鸡和正常鸡测值间存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。（2）去盲肠鸡内源氨基酸排出量显著高于正常鸡（P＜0.05）。

The objective of this paper was to investigate the effect of different treatments on fermentation quality of Xinjiang small reed and its nutrition constituent at different growth periods (heading period, blooming, fruiting). The five kinds of ensiling treatments (Fresh grass ensilage, fresh grass +10.0 g or 15.0 g molasses/kg, fresh grass +2.0 mL or 3.0 mL formic acid/kg) were carried out in the same growth period and its fermentation qualtiy and nutriton constituent were compared with each other.
