Objective To determine whether antibiotic resistance probability of Coliform bacteria in sanitary sewage is in existence. Methods Coliform bacteria has been separated from Sanitary sewage samples of Nanning Langdong sanitary sewage plant,and its antibiotic resistance has been detected to seven kinds of antibiotics,including Benzylpenicillin, rythromycin, Ampicillin, Gentamicin, Cefazolin, Amikacin, Cefotaxime.

目的 检测生活污水中肠菌群对当常用抗生素是否有耐药性方法采集南宁市琅东污水处理厂初沉池中的水样，用管发酵法分离其中大肠菌群，采用药敏试纸扩散法，检测了分离出来的大肠菌群对七常用的抗生素包括青霉素、红霉素、庆大霉素、阿米卡星、先锋霉素Ⅴ、先锋噻肟和氨苄西林的耐药性。
