B order to make full use of Ta1, it is essential to improve the investigation to industrial production scale by drawing assistance from high cell density fermentation. Pilot test of tube culture and flask shaking culture were done to get optimized culture conditions. Finally, we reached the goal of high cell density fermentation and high level expression of recombinant human Ta1 E.

在经过试管以及三角摇瓶水平对培养条件进行摸索后，我们成功地实现了该工程菌的高密度发酵，3乙菌液获得湿菌体工4口丁蛋白表达水平与试管水平相当。

Methods Rabbits were administered by intravaginal amoxicillin and metronidazole solution, then the experimental vaginitis model were established by E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, were treated with lactobacilli lysates, lactobacilli lysates in lower concentration, lactobacillus fermented broth, the probiotic lactobacillus and N. S for 7 days respectively. The variety in vaginal microecosystem were analysed and investigated.

The biological characteristics study of the Y9601and Y9801 strains showed the strain Y9601 had a stronger ability to assimilate starch and ferment alcohol from starch. The Y9601 was identified as a new species of Saccharomyces diastaticus, and the Y9801 was identified as Hansenula anomala.

对菌株Y9601及Y9801进行了生物学特性研究，表明菌株Y9601同化淀粉能力强，并对淀粉具有较强的酒精发酵能力，鉴定为酵母属糖化酵母的一个新种；菌株Y9801鉴定为异常汉逊酵母。

There were 70 strains isolated from each of the MRS and VJ at the different stage of the processing of dried beef. Staphylococcus warneri, Staphylococcus sciuri, Staphylococcus auricularis, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus xylosus, Staphylococcus saprophyticus, Lactobacillus plantarum and Pediococcus pentosaceus were 8 predominate bacteria. The growth curve of predominate bacteria was studied. The result showed that growth of Pediococcus pentosaceus was faster than that of Lactobacillus plantarum; the growth of Staphylococcus sciuri is fastest and Staphylococcus auricularis was slowest.
