发芽率

Multiflorus collected from the Hengchun Botanical Garden at the southern tip of Taiwan only germinated with 5% at alternating temperatures of 30/20℃ for 8 wk and reached 45% after 12 wk. All ungerminated seeds were found to be empty or dead by cutting test at the end of 12 wk.

采自台湾最南端的繁花薯豆种子，在30/20℃变温下8星期，发芽率只有5%，12星期后可达到45%，剩余未发芽的种子为空粒或已败坏。

The results showed that after exposure of germinating seeds to low temperature stress, the germination energy, germination percentage, germination index and seed vigor index in Zhengdan958 soaked with any of chemical regulation treatments under low temperature stress were higher than those of the unsoaked controls; In the meantime, the seedlings height, dry matter weight, leaf area, chlorophyll content of maize seedling under low temperature stress was elevated by A, B two kinds of concentration, indicating positive effect on strengthening maize seedling.

结果表明，低温逆境下各化控处理均提高了郑单958的种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和种子简易活力指数；A、B两种药剂处理比对照都明显提高了低温胁迫下玉米幼苗的苗高、干物重、叶面积以及叶绿素含量，起到了良好的壮苗作用。

Soaking seed of rice and wheat with zymolytic liquid of Trichoderma harziaiarum, Trichoderma DWC and Trichoderma viride, comparing with germinate ratio, germinate force, root length, bud length and ratio of root to bud, the results show that 50 times dilute zymolytic liquid of Trichoderma harziaiarum has a relatively notable promote role for germinate of seed .The effect of Trichoderma viride to germinate of seed is not evidence. Trichoderma DWC for seed sprout has certain inhibition.

据此，采用哈茨木霉作为出发菌株，通过离子束诱变，从大菌落株中筛选出促进生长的高产突变株——h-13菌株，通过对用该菌株发酵液处理后的水稻及小麦的种子的各项生理生化指标的测定，发现该菌株比其它菌株更能促进水稻和小麦的活力和发芽率，三天时小麦的总根长为3.03cm，比对照的1.42cm的两倍还多，并且能够明显提高种子发芽后的淀粉酶和蛋白酶的活力，其活力都是对照的两倍左右。

The results are as followings: the CHA SQ-1 has the best effect of male sterility among three kinds Chemical Hybridization Agent, and has the ability to increase 1000 kernel weight. The CHA GENESIS, especially BAU9403 reduces the 1000 kernel weight. The SQ-1 and GENESIS have no significant differences with CK on the traits of geminating potential, germinating rate and volume weight, but BAU9403 has significant differences with CK. SQ-1 is a promising CHA in this experiment. It will be used in commercial seed production instead of GENESIS.

结果表明，SQ-1在3种化学杂交剂中的杀雄效果最好，并对杂交种种子的千粒重有提高作用；GENESIS和BAU9403不同程度对杂交种种子千粒重有降低作用，其中BAU9403影响更大；SQ-1和GENESIS对杂交种发芽率、发芽势和容重的影响与对照不喷药无显著差异，但BAU9403与对照有显著差异。

Salt tolerance of 10 alfalf varieties during geminating period has been studied by measuring germination rate, the germinating energy, seedling weight and seedling height under the treatments with 0% 0.3% 0.7% and 1.0% NaCl solution respectively.
