其中花棒种子设6种不同的催芽处理方法，分别为温水浸泡1、2、34、d、温水浸泡1 d后沙藏3 d和CK，结果表明，温水浸泡1 d后再沙藏3 d处理过的花棒种子发芽率最高，达到61.33%。

The seeds of Hedysarum scoparium were treated with different concentrations of NaCl. The germination percentage, growth status of their roots and shoots were observed. The imbibition rate and the amylum enzyme activity of the seeds were determinated.

用不同浓度的NaCl溶液对花棒种子进行胁迫萌发实验，观察其发芽率和萌发后种苗的生长情况，并测定萌发吸水率及淀粉酶活性。

The study tests the relative electric conductivity, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of Allium galanthum seeds germinated for 1 d, 2 d, 3 d, 5 d and 7 d at 5℃ imbibitional experiment and treated with different PEG concentrations of 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% respectively.
