Applying "Method of Coleoptile Length" under five different PEG6000 concentrations(0、15%、20%、25%、30%),the study on 7 triticum aestivum varieties with different early draught-resistance by germination experiment inside room was carried on.

通过室内发芽实验，应用"胚芽鞘长度法"以PEG6000五个浓度处理(0、15%、20%、25%、30%)，对7个抗旱性不同的冬小麦进行了萌芽期抗旱性影响的初步研究。

结果表明：GDR1号、GDR2号和GDR3号抗旱剂较好地协调了旱地冬小麦的穗数、穗粒数、千粒重，具有较好的产量效应；耐旱性试验表明，随着PEG浓度的增高，各处理发芽和生根受到抑制作用越明显，GDR1号处理的发芽率、芽长、生根率、根数和根长的抗旱性优于对照；不同土壤水分条件下绿色抗旱剂GDR1号的出苗率、幼苗和根系生长与不同PEG浓度条件下的处理结果相一致。

According to analysis of salt tolerance indexes, it was obtained that salt inhibited seed germination and seedling growth along with the increase of salt concentration, the relative germination rate, germination index and relative simple activity index, seedling root length and plant height reduced gradually, membrane permeability of leaves increased.

结果表明，盐胁迫对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗的生长有抑制效应，而且随着盐浓度的增加，相对发芽率、发芽指数、简易活力指数、幼苗根长和株高逐渐降低，叶片质膜透性逐渐增加。

At the same time, Low temperature soakage can also enhanced the ability of seed germination.

Results:The three groups of P77PMC rats which experienced 30 and less than 30 times of audiogenic seizure and the Wistar control group did not display MF sprouting in dentate gyrus, however, the group of P77PMC rats which experienced 50 times of AGS was found hippocampal MF sprouting into the inner molecular layer of dentate gyrus.

结果：在全身性强直阵挛性惊厥发作次数少于30次的P77PMC大鼠以及对照的Wistar大鼠海马内均未见到MF发芽表现；而在经历50次Ⅳ～Ⅴ级听源性惊厥发作的一组P77PMC大鼠海马内观察到了MF发芽的现象，在海马齿状回内分子层内见到Timm染色呈棕黑色颗粒异常分布的MF末梢。

With different concentrations of polyethylene glycol (PEG6000), the treatment of water stress was simulated: With the decrease of water porential, the germination percentage, speed and index decreased in total and increased at the temperate water stress (-0.2MPa), indicating that A. pedunculata Pall. has drought tolerance in certain extent.

The results showed S curve for effects of NaCl stress on germination of watermelon seed, the middle point between two inflexions of the curve was at 120mmol/L and could be used as referenced screening concentration to study 'ZQK0395' salt tolerance genetics, the second curve inflexion was at 180mmol/L and could be used as referenced concentration for 'ZQK0395' salt-tolerant germplasm selection.

结果表明，NaCl胁迫对种子发芽的影响呈S型变化曲线，120mmol/L为S型曲线两个拐点中间值，可作为该种质资源耐盐性遗传研究的参考鉴定浓度，180mmol/L为S型曲线的第二个拐点，可作为该种质资源耐盐性参考筛选浓度。
