To reseach the mechanisms of ED wtih DM from the acpects of endocrinology, morphology and molecular biology, using rats from NDM and STZ groups as control, the concentration of testosterone, LH and FSH in sera, the microstructure of testicular tissue, bulbocavernous and ischiocavernous muscle tissue, and penile cavernous tissue, the ultrastructure of penile cavernous tissue, and the expression of nNOS mRNA, the content of nNOS and eNOS, the activity of NOS and the concentration of cGMP in the pathway of LARG-NO-cGMP in penile cavernous tissue from ED rats with DM were reseached or examinated in Group A, B and C.

本实验利用第一部分所建立的DM性ED模型，采用NDM及STZ大鼠作对照，通过对A组、B组及C组DM性ED大鼠血清中睾酮、LH及FSH浓度的测定，睾丸组织形态结构的研究从内分泌方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理；通过对阴茎海绵体组织显微及超微结构和球海绵体肌及坐骨耻骨肌显微结构的研究，首次从形态学方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理；通过对阴茎海绵体组织L-ARG-NO-cGMP通路中nNOS mRNA表达、nNOS及eNOS含量、NOS活性及cGMP浓度的检测，从分子生物学方面探讨DM性ED的发病机理。

Methods: We selected 71 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke as the study group who were hospitalized within 24 hours after onset in the 1st 3rd 5th 7th 9th 11th 13th 15th day of hospitalization and prior to the usage of dehydrant. We selected 30 normal people as the control group. We collected the data of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index including cerebral blood flow and velocity, cerebrovascular resistance, cerebrovascular elasticity ,dynamic resistance and critical pressure for each patient . We compared the data between the study group and control group ,also we compared the data in the different time after disease onset and the data of affected side and non-affected side by using SPSS software.

选择急性出血性脑血管病患者71例为观察组，正常人30例作为对照组，观察组以发病时间为起点，分别在发病后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天且在使用脱水药前行脑循环动力学检测仪检测获得脑循环动力学参数，包括血流速度、血流量、血管弹性指标，血管阻力、血管调节功能指标动态阻力及临界压力数值，对观察组和对照组的各项数值进行比较，及观察组在发病后的不同时间进行前后比较，且对患侧和健侧数值之间进行比较，所得数据使用SPSS软件处理。

Resu lts Totally 11 outbreaks reported in 2005. The epidemiology was sporadi c primarily and the outbreaks were usual. Entomophilous and nature infectious di seases were higher for type. Most of the outbreaks in the period of May to Se ptember. Most ofthe patients were pupils, andmost of the cases occured in rural area.

结果 2005年共报告爆发疫情11起，流行形式以散发为主，爆发流行时有发生；发病病种以虫媒和自然疫源性传染病为主；发病时间以6- 9月为高峰；发病学生以小学生为主；地区分布以农村为主。

All hereditary RB are bilateral, or multifocal, 15% of unilateral RB is hereditable and 85% of unilateral RB is non hereditable.

ConclusionsWe can draw some primary conclusions:(1)TCM rehabilitation project of ischemic stroke showed some superiority to western medicine rehabilitation program on improving the motor function,while both groups can improve neural function, spasmodical degree and there are no differences between them.

The related clinical information that were collected includes: age , sex , the time from onset of illness to hospitalization , the history of angina pectoris former and 48 hours before onset of illness, smoking history, the history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, blood pressure of admission , the drug of thrombolysis therapy , the time from onset of illness to performing thrombolysis therapy, the recanalization of infarction related artery ,the serum MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase peak value , plasm blood white cell count of admission, plasm lipid concentration,the electrocardiogram before and after thrombolysis therapy .

收集的临床资料包括：年龄、性别、住院日、发病距入院的时间、既往心绞痛病史、发病前48小时内心绞痛发作情况、合并高血压病、合并糖尿病及心肌梗死部位情况、嗜烟史、入院时心率、血压、溶栓药物、溶栓距发病的时间、血管再通情况、血清肌酸磷酸激酶MB同工酶峰值、入院时血白细胞计数、血脂及溶栓前后的心电图。
