Methods Thirty patients with acute agranulocytosis complicating infections induced by antithyroid drugs were given protective isolation, basic and mental nursing augmentation, and early administration of bone marrow-stimulating and leucocyte-increasing agents, potent antibiotic as well as corresponding supportive therapy after onset.

方法对30例因甲亢服用抗甲状腺药物致急性粒细胞缺乏引起感染的患者，发病后，即采用保护型隔离，加强基础护理和心理护理，早期采用刺激骨髓升高粒细胞等药物、有效的抗生素和对症支持治疗。

Methods For 36 patients with acute agranulocytosis due to different reasons,we had immediately adopted active integrated measures including strengening basic nurse,early empirical broad-spectrum antibiotics,haematopoietic growth-gene rhG-CSF and transfusing human immue globulin,componential blood transfusion.
