实验研究本实验采用改良的慢性血清病MsPGN动物模型，将其与具有一定实验研究基础的大鼠阴虚，湿热证模型有机结合起来，建立大鼠实验性MsPGN阴虚湿热蕴结证的病证结合模型，通过与单纯实验性大鼠MsPGN模型不同造模阶段的生化、组织形态等指标的比较，探讨阴虚湿热蕴结与MsPGN发病的关系及其在MsPGN发病过程中的作用，为中医认识MsPGN的病机及治疗MsPGN，筛选有效方药奠定理论基础。
