笔者对OSAS的疾病相关危险因素进行分析，为降低该疾病的发生率，减轻患者疾病相关症状，改善防治措施提供依据。1对象与方法1.1研究对象选取2007年4-7月在广州市呼吸疾病研究所睡眠中心和珠江医院呼吸科睡眠室接受全夜多导睡眠监测(polysomnography，PSG)的患者为研究对象，入选的标准为年龄≥18岁，本人知情同意。
