Results Muhiple anomalous ECG were found in 78.4% acute brain injury patients and were obvious abnormal within 24 hafter admission. The level of blood CK,CK-MB,LDH,HBDH and CTnI was significantly increased after acute brain injury and was closely related to the damage degree of the injury condition.

结果 急性颅脑外伤患者伤后出现多种心电图异常，发生率与病情严重程度相关，总发生率为78.4%，在入院24h内表现显著，之后随着时间推移有所改善(1周后为38%)；急性颅脑损伤患者伤后血CK、CK-MB、LDH、HBDH及CTnI水平显著升高，且与患者病情轻重程度密切相关。

Results Compared with patients in NAF group,those in NVAF group were older,severe paralysis,and conscious disturbance and hemianopsia,and less lacunar infarction.

结果NVAF病人有以下临床特点：年龄偏大；病人瘫痪重，意识障碍程度深，偏盲发生率高而腔隙性脑梗死发生率低；病死率高。

Results: The incidence of hepatogenous diabetes was 31.36%(53/169) in acute or chronic liver diseases.

结果：肝源性糖尿病在急、慢性肝病中的发生率为31.36%(53/169)，在肝硬化中的发生率高于慢性肝炎与慢性重型肝炎，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。

Main results are as follow: 396 patients (3.73%) developed hypohidrosis and the incidence rate in children was much higher than that in adults. Most hypohidrosis occurred during drug titration and in warmer seasons.

RESULTS: A total of 45 eyes from 45 patients were treated with the Ahmed glaucoma valve implant and its combination surgery. At a mean follow up of 9.7 months (range3～18months), the mean intraocular pressure was reduced from 36.8±12.3mmHg before the implant surgery to 18.0±4.5mmHg at the last follow up after surgery. The success rate was 87%.The best postoperative corrected visual acuity improved 16 eyes(35%).Transient postoperative hypotony and shallow anterior chamber occurred in 20% of cases. The common postoperative complication in later was the formation of encapsulated bleb(13%).

Central venous pressure, mean arterial pressure, the ratio of lactic acid to pyruvic acid in venous blood, systemic inflammative response syndrome, volume of blood and fluid administrated intra- and post- operatively, complications and the therapeutic outcomes were determined in each group.

分别测定各组病人术后中心静脉压、平均动脉压、静脉血乳酸与丙酮酸比值、术中和术后输血、输液量、全身性炎症反应综合症发生率、并发症发生率和治疗结果。

Results: 1 The incidence rate of primary bilateral breast cancers was 2.5％ with the morbidity age of 41 years, intermitting time between the two malignancies was 5.4 years. The 5－,10－ and 20－ year survival rates were 86.6％, 57.7％ and 25.8％ respectively. 2 The incidence rate of Paget′ s disease associated with breast cancer was 0.9％ with a high incident age of 47.3 years and 5－, 10－ and 20－ year survival rates of 64.7％, 50％ and 20.6％ respectively. 3 The incidence rate of breast cancer associated with MPMNs of other organs was 3.6％ with the peak incident age of 49.4 years, intermitting time of 8.6 years and the organs commonly involved were lung, uterus, esophagus, ovary and large intestine.

There were 5 eyes(12.2%) developing PAC of 41 eyes with iridencleisis.Conclusion Iridencleisis has lower PAC incidence;PAC incidence is lower in group with PIOP≤21mmHg.
