Tmies chemoembolization of left gastric arterywas undergone in ten patients with gastric cancerusing Lipiodol-CDDP suspension,none of them havedeveloped gastric penetration,the major side-effectswere nausea/vomiting and heart burn in the epigastrium(100%),melena,vomiting with minimum blood andtransient elevation of sGPT activity(70%),all ofwhich returned to normal within one week.

经导管用碘油-顺铂乳剂为10例胃癌患者进行14次胃左动脉栓塞化疗，无1例发生胃穿孔，主要副作用为恶心呕吐、上腹烧灼痛(100%)、黑便、少量呕血及SGPT升高（70%），均在治疗后一周恢复正常。5例不能切除的极晚期胃癌患者治疗后2例显效，1例有效，2例无效，缓解期3~4月。

Results The operations of 35 patients were successful, in them, 26 patients were hemostasia immediately, the haemorrhage of 9 patients was evidently reduced. All patients have no complication.

结果 35例患者支气管动脉栓塞术均成功，即刻止血26例（74.3%），出血明显减少9例(25.7%)，总有效率100%，无特殊并发症发生。
