Essential oil was extracted from the petroleum ether-soluble fraction of the leaves showed having antibacterial activity. It was demonstrated that the essential oil has significant antibacterial activity and the activity of the petroleum ether-soluble fraction is attributed to it. The constituents of the essential oil were analysized by GC-MS.10 relatively abundant components were identified on the basis of MS, among which Geranlgeraniol was found in the essential oil of Perilla frutescens leaves for the first time.

This paper discusses the research carried out on the Lake Sugan, in the northern margin of Chaidam Basin. The climate and environmental changes in Lake Sugan drainage area over the past 2670 years were studied using the varve dating of the well preserved lamination sediments in core SG03I taken from the center of Lake Sugan, the study of varve formation in modern lake system and modern process study of carbonate and oxygen isotopes of the water within the drainage area, and according to the main index of the stable isotopes of carbonate sediments synthesized other index analysis.

The rate equation of reaction between FeS and H2S to form pyrite is of the second order;(3)Chalcopyrite is formed by reactions of pyrrhotite or pyrite with Cu2+,the former proceeds via a series of mediate metastable phases of Cu-Fe sulfide,whereas the rate equation of the latter is apparently of the first order which is controlled by surface reaction;(4)The nonlinear behavior of magnetite dissolution at acid pH can be represented by a shrinking core model coupling with surface reaction and diffusion transport.
