当前蔬菜产业发展相关研究的文献较多，但以宏观技术、政策的相关研究为主，较少涉及蔬菜产业发展的核心一相关蔬菜企业生产发展实践的研究，本论文试图综合多种研究方法，实现理论透视与实践总结相结合，从技术、政策与相关蔬菜企业发展的角度全面阐述蔬菜产业发展战略。

本文以长江三角洲地区生产性物流服务业发展作为分析样本，本着从典型到一般、从先进示范到普及推广，分析其发展的现状与特征，其生产性物流服务的供给现状、需求现状，明确长江三角洲地区生产性物流服务业发展特征，总结长江三角洲地区生产性物流服务的发展经验，这将对中国其他地区生产性服务业发展具有重要的借鉴作用和指导意义。

The attitude that we hold to the fictitious capital development should be that: the development of the real economy is the kernel of Chinese economic development, we should satisfy the needs of the development of the real economy better through expanding the quantity and categories of the fictitious capital appropriately; we should pay attention to harmonizing the dialectical relation between fictitious capital and the real economy, so that we can make use of the positive effect of the fictitious capital to the real economy, and prevent the harm that may caused by fictitiousness and capital character of the fictitious capital.

The framework established was practical and universal, and could provide abase for specific area to select its assessment indicators. The operable indicatorsystem developed which synthetically reflected the sustainable development status ofliling could fill up the blank of regional sustainable development evaluation in liling,and this work was of practical and strategic significance to a certain extent. Inallusion to the flaw existed indimensionlessness of original data in grey system,mean value method was adopted instead of traditional standardized method, and theguidance for confirming the direction of eigenvector was first brought to grey systemin the application of sustainable development evaluation aimed to increase theobjectivity and accuracy of evaluation. The evaluation results on liling could supplybeneficial references for decision makers to make and adjust sustainabledevelopment strategic goal and counter measures.

本文所构建的区域可持续发展指标体系框架具有实用性和通用性，可作为特定区域在筛选具体评价指标时的参考依据；针对醴陵市建立的区域可持续发展指标体系易于操作，能够综合反映醴陵市可持续发展的各个方面，在很大程度上填补了区域可持续发展评价研究的空白，具有一定的实践意义和战略意义；应用主成分分析法评价各子系统的可持续发展水平时，针对原始数据处理存在的弊端，提出以均值法代替传统的标准法，并首次引入了特征向量确定的原则，从理论上可提高评价的客观性与准确性；对醴陵市区域可持续发展状况的评价结果，可以为醴陵市可持续发展总体战略目标及相关措施的制定与结构调整提供有益参考。

On the base of analysis, this paper expatiates the birth and development of the sustainable development theory, its basic conception and meanings. It summarizes its basic principles and explains the relationship between the government and sustainable development. Then it points it out that government is the main propellent of sustainable development.

Fifthly, in order to promote the reasonable agglomeration of development factors, the works thereinafter should be well done: compiling the plan of regional development and land use perfectly, accelerating the construction of development districts, strengthening the build of transportation and electric power, improving the regional soft-circumstance, establishing the policies of industry development, harmonizing the relationship of industry development and distribution.
