Blood samples were drawn during different time after onset of chest pain in 60 patients with UA, 30 patients with stable angina pectoris and 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Blood was sampled only once per person in 30 normals. CKMM subbands were detected by the nonserial buffer electrophoresis method,and CK as well as CK-MB by velocity method. Student′t test was used for statisical analysis.

对60例UA、30例稳定型心绞痛和30例急性心肌梗死患者在胸痛发作后不同时间采血样(30例对照组仅采血1次)，采用不连续缓冲体系电泳方法检测CKMM3/MM1比值和用速率法测定CK同工酶和CK变化。

Nonsynchronous electrical cardioversion together with intravenous loading dose 150mg of amiodarone was administed,and it would be repeated once after 10min when the treatment had no effect,followed by 0.5～1.5mg/min infusion for 24～36 hours,and amidarone was given to patients orally.The curative effect and side effect were observed.

对急性心肌梗死突然发作持续性室速和室颤的9例患者，在非同步电转复的同时静脉注射胺碘酮150mg，无效者10min后再重复一次，继之以0.5～1.5mg/min静点维持24～36h，同时口服胺碘酮，观察其疗效和副作用。

结果 ①553例儿童年龄4~15岁，平均9.51±2.83岁；男341例(61.66%)、女212例(38.34%)，男女之比为1.61：1；②就诊年龄和初次眩晕发病年龄的高峰期分别在9.51岁和8.62岁，发病无季节性，主要症状为自身或视物旋转，发作持续时间为数分钟至数小时；③约20.98%的儿童眩晕患者各项检查结果均正常，异常组中以外周性眩晕多见(78.04%， 341/437)，半规管功能异常者占63.83%(353/553)；④256例眩晕儿童直系家属中有眩晕史，其中171例(66.80%)出现水平半规管功能异常。

Results:78 cases completed,55 cases were under 3000m elevation,23 cases were 3000-4500m.16 cases were acute inflammation(acute cholecystitis or chronic cholecystiti outbreaking),3 cases were chronic atrophic cholecystiti,59 cases were chronic cholecystiti.
