ABSTRACT The content of kanamycin sulfate was determined by charge tranfer reactions between kanamycin sulfate and alizarin red. The optimum condition and ratio of the complex component were decided.

静脉注射的万古霉素能够进入大鼠急性细菌性炎症前列腺以及BPH合并细菌性炎症前列腺的组织内，并且达到等于或高于血清抗生素浓度的水平，从而能够有效地杀灭前列腺组织内的敏感细菌，以促进前列腺组织的炎症反应缓解及其损伤组织的修复。

The paper studied the scavenging active oxygen radicals of brown pigment from chestnut shell. The results showed that the brown pigment had scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and aliphatic radicals on lipid-peroxidation. In the range of test concentration, the maximum scavenging or inhibition rate of the brown pigment to hydroxyl radical generated by Fenton reaction, superoxide anion radical generated by illuminating riboflavin system and linoleic acid auto-oxidation was 83.0%, 82.1% and 88.5% respectively.

While the up-flow reactor is the key equipment in medium- and high-consistency clean bleach process, including oxygen delignification、hydrogen peroxide bleach、chlorine dioxide bleach、 ozone bleach, the flow characteristics of the medium consistency pulp in up-flow reactor have significant impact on the quality and the efficiency of the bleach reaction. In this work, a series of equipments are designed and manufactured for a systematic and deep study on the flow characteristics of the medium consistency pulp in up-flow reactor.

The rats were killed by cutting theirnecks and physical blood was taken for preparing serum, interleukin 2 (IL-2) was detected by radioimmunoassay ; the spleen was taken for measuring ConA-induced reaction of lympho- cyte proliferation and induced production of IL-2; and the activity of induced production of spleen's IL-2 was determined by the means of cell proliferation of mouse thymus; the skin and trachea were taten for slice with paraffin wax, dyeing with methybenzoamine blue so as to survey mast cells .

METHODS: The presence and number of recently developed extra-articular manifestations and a weighted EAM score, as well as the levels of serological markers, were compared between 31 patients with RA with histologically proven vasculitis and 50 patients with RA in whom vasculitis could not be documented histologically.
