In this study, the UV-spectra of AITC and its thioureas , and kinetic properties of piperidine, morpholine and diethyl amine reacted with AITC were investigated.

AITC与胺反应转化为硫脲后，最大吸收峰强度有了极大的提高，摩尔吸光系数增加了十余倍；利用我们的发现，我们以光度法研究了该反应的动力学，证明该反应为二级反应，并求得了反应速率常数和反应活化能等参数；同时，讨论了反应机理。

In this paper eighteen examples, which are designed strictly owning to currently Codefor seismic design of buildings of my country, are used to analyze the structure earthquakeresponse under the horizontal seismic load (nabla load distribution pattern) by Push-overanalytical method. 本文严格按我国《建筑抗震设计规范》设计了18个多层钢框架，并以此为例，采用Push-over方法分析了结构在水平荷载作用下的地震反应，得出了多层钢框架的结构影响系数、结构延性和超强系数以及位移放大系数，并讨论了这些系数随着结构层数、跨度及跨数的变化规律。

Numerical simulation and shaking table tests for acceleration response of piles in liquefiable ground were performed under three earthquake events.

结果表明：三种地震输入下，自下而上沿桩-柱墩长度方向，加速度峰值放大系数变化基本一致且均出现在10～20s时段内，加速度时程曲线的形状也极其相似；压缩0.15g El Centro波输入下加速度反应在砂土层与黏土层过渡带有增大趋势、在地表则有一定程度减小，且压缩0.15g El Centro波较0.15g El Centro波输入下均偏小，0.15g El Cen-tro波输入下自下而上桩的加速度时程幅值和峰值放大系数的试验值、计算值均一直有较大幅度增大；0.5g El Centro波输入下，加速度时程幅值的计算值和试验值在桩折断位置之下一直增大、至砂土层与黏土层过渡带则大大减小，加速度峰值放大系数的试验值和计算值在砂土层与黏土层过渡带突变增大、而在地表则明显减小，且较0.15g El Centro波输入下桩的峰值放大系数要偏小。

Further, compared with the standard response spectrum of our country, the results showed that the values of the elasto-plastic acceleration response spectra in the long period cycles are overhigh, damping attenuation coefficients are also larger.

进一步比较弹塑性反应谱和我国规范得到的反应谱，结果显示规范的加速度反应谱在长周期段谱值过大，阻尼衰减系数也较大。基于单质点弹塑性地震分析的结果，在我国规范反应谱公式的基础上提出的隔震结构弹塑性反应谱公式。

Through making diagrams using matlab program ,first we must know submits the shearing force coefficientα_s, the space characteristic Tg, stiffness concern a modulusβ, biggest shearing force coefficientα_.Then we can get shaking tier of base shearing force modulusαand shaking tier of displacement across D, which will define structure basis shearing force F_ and verify if structure displacement D satisfy standard structure request displacement . Therefore, the designer can estimate the earthquake reaction of the composite base isolation structure directly.

通过matlab编程，制作图表，在给定屈服剪力系数α_s，场地特征周期T_g ，刚度关系系数β，最大剪力系数α_情况下，可得到隔震层基底剪力系数α和隔震层位移D，从而确定结构基底剪力F_，并验证结构位移D是否满足规范结构要求位移，设计人员可以直接估算出复合隔震结构的地震反应。

The calibration curve of the SM2-Kit with standard SM2 inhibitor was typical sigmoid curve fitted to the four parameter logistic equation with the linear detection of 0.625 μg/L to 80.0 μg/L (R2=0.9911), the sensitivity of 0.9 μg/L, the IC50 of 5.82 μg/L and the detection limit of 1 μg/L. The recoveries of SM2 spiked in pig feed were 83.4 %, in pig urine were 89.5 %. The precision and accuracy of the assay as determined by inter-assay and intra-assay coefficient variation was both below 15 %. The SM2-Kit generally had 2.08 % cross-reactivity towards sulfamerazine and little or no cross-reactivity towards other sulfonamides. The dilution solution of SM2 had no effect on results of SM2-Kit. The validity of SM2-Kit in 4 ℃ was above six months.

研究结果表明，SM2-Kit的标准曲线呈典型的S型，相关系数R2=0.9911，符合4参数logit曲线拟合，线性检测范围为0.625 μg/L～80 μg/L，灵敏度为0.9 μg/L，半数抑制浓度(IC50)为5.82 μg/L，检测限为1 μg/L；饲料样、猪尿样的平均添加回收率分别为83.4 %、89.5 %，平均批内和批间变异系数均低于15 %；SM2-Kit与磺胺甲基嘧啶的交叉反应率为2.08 %，与其它磺胺类药几乎没有反应性；基质对SM2-Kit的检测结果影响不大；试剂盒在4 ℃可保存6个月。

To assess the thermal contribution from oxidation reaction, the standard formation enthalpes of all reactants and products were used to calculate the oxidation enthalpies. It could be found that all oxidation reactions were exothermic. And oxidation played a more important role during the toluene trinitration at high temperature, because the reaction temperature of toluene trinitration is the higher than mononitration and dinitration, and the temperature coefficient of oxidation is higher than that of trinitration too.

Adopting the model of uniform load and triangular load separately,MRFs of different story numbers and bay numbers are analyzed by static Pushover analytical method,and the global capacity envelopes are obtained.Then,through a method for establishing the inelastic demand spectrum of design intensity and rare intensity based on elastic spectrum of seismic design code for buildings,the structural target displacement of design intensity and rare intensity are estimated by improved capacity spectrum method.The corresponding structural ductility reduction factor,the overstrength factor,the structural influencing coefficient and displacement amplification factor are determined.

分别采用水平均匀分布力和倒三角分布力加载模式对不同层数和跨数的钢框架结构进行了静力推覆分析，并得到了结构的能力曲线，在此基础上，应用改进的能力谱法，以规范反应谱为基础建立设防烈度和罕遇烈度下的弹塑性需求谱，确定出结构在设防烈度和罕遇烈度下的目标位移，进而求解出结构的延性折减系数、超强系数、结构影响系数和位移放大系数等参数；同时，分析了不同加载模式、层数和跨数等对各系数的影响。
