In this thesis, we developed chiral proton N-O type ligands and employed them in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to N-diphenylphosphinoyl imines. The relationship between the structure of the ligands and the enantioselectivity was systematically studied. Furthermore, enantioselective butylation of N-diphenylphosphinoyl imines withBu〓Zn and enantioselective diphenylzinc addition to imine were also examined.

本文致力于亚胺的不对称催化有机锌试剂加成反应的研究：以手性质子型N-O配体为促进剂，对N-二苯基次膦酰亚胺进行不对称乙基锌加成反应而展开研究工作，系统地考查了手性配体的结构对反应的影响；另外，对N-二苯基次膦酰亚胺的不对称催化丁基锌加成进行了研究，并首次对亚胺的不对称苯基锌加成反应进行了初步探索。

The suitable synthesis conditions of those new products have been studied. The structures of them are affirmed by IR spectroscopy, 1~H NMR,(13)~C NMR and Elemental Analysis;the configurations of them are also analyzed by theoretical calculation of quantum chemistry. Influences of the length of hydrophobic group, the degree of substitution on the solubility, surface activity, emulsifying property, foam property, hygroscopicity and humidity-retaining ability, compatibleness of those new products have been studied in detail.

探讨了各反应产物的适宜合成条件，并利用红外吸收光谱、1~H、(13~C核磁共振、元素分析等仪器分析手段和量子化学从头算STO-3G对所得产物的结构进行了表征；同时较详细地研究了疏水基碳链长度、反应取代度对合成产物的溶解性、表面活性、乳化性、泡沫性、吸湿保湿性和配伍性等物化性质和应用性能的影响规律。

This research has prove d that an artificial neural network is capable to differentiate the reactional enhancement of malignant intracranial gliomas in postoperative MR images and the enhancement caused by tumor residual.

本研究成功地证明了人工神经网络能够鉴别颅内恶性胶质瘤术后磁共振图像的反应性强化与肿瘤残存所致的强化

This research has proved that an artificial neural network is capable to differentiate the reactional enhancement of malignant intracranial gliomas in postoperative MR images and the enhancement caused by tumor residual. As a innovative differentiation approach, it requires further studies and researches to determine its applicability in practice, including the increase of training samples, image description standardization, effects to doctoral diagnosis, as well as parameter optimization. With improvements in these elements, the performance of the network will be optimized.

本研究成功地证明了人工神经网络能够鉴别颅内恶性胶质瘤术后磁共振图像的反应性强化与肿瘤残存所致的强化，为解决二者的鉴别这一复杂问题提供了一个新的方法，但是本研究只是初步的应用探讨，能否在实际中应用，还有待于进一步的研究，如训练样本的增加、图像描述的规范化、对医师诊断影响程度、参数的优化等，网络的性能会不断完善和提高。

Therefore, the percents of reactional enhancement cases and tumor residual cases employed in this research are 50% respectively, which enables the network to study the magnetic resonance image characteristic s of the two "justly".

因此，本研究所用数据反应性强化与肿瘤残存病例各约占50%，使网络能&公正&地学习二者的磁共振影像特点。
