During the surgery, the lesion was found to be a solid tumor. A surgical wedge biopsy was done and purulent dark yellow fluid was drained from the center of the mass. Histologically, there was a solid pattern of rhabdoid and anaplastic round or oval cells haphazardly arranged with poor differentiation. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for vimentin, a mesenchymal marker; the reticulin staining was consistent with carcinoma.

我们实施了手术切片及肿瘤中心脓状物引流，病理组织学上，我们发现了不规则或未分化的横纹状、圆形及椭圆形细胞；免疫组织染色上，细胞广泛的对非上皮标记vimentin呈阳性反应、且其reticulin染色呈现出腺癌的形式；肉瘤及腺癌的特色皆可在切片中看到，所以我们的诊断是类肉瘤性线癌。

The purified protein induced as antigen was used to immunize the rabbit, and the antiserum of WMV CP was prepared whose titer measured by ELISA was 1:6400; western blot analysis indicated that the antiserum could serologically react with CP.

On examination, the skin manifestations revealed multiple erythematous annular or serpiginous patches studded with tiny pustules over the trunk, groins and extremities. 理学检查皮肤表现呈多发性红斑或形成环型排列并伴随小脓疱的发生，主要分布於胸腹部与四肢，皮肤病理切片显示角质层下之脓疱内含以嗜中性球为主之浸润，而免疫萤光检查和血清学检查都无异常发现，病人对dapsone治疗有极佳的反应，病灶在治疗后三周几乎完全消失，仅留下皮肤色素沉著。

Materials and methods: The lung preparation of 6 SARS death patient (died in 9,14,20,29,33,38d) and 6 macaque model (killed in 7,12,14,14, 32, 35d)were objects.
