随着MEMS(Micro Electro-Mechanical System，微机电系统)制造技术的不断发展，生物医学与其之间的联系越来越紧密，自上世纪90年代初提出uTAS(Micro Total Analysis System，微全分析系统)之后，各种各样的微流控芯片、微反应器、微电极、微分离器等便大量涌现，广泛应用于药物检测、环境监测、基因分析等诸多领域中，并且由于其试剂消耗量少、检测效率高、环境污染小、体积小、易于携带等优点，在生物医学、化学、环境工程等领域受到越来越多的重视。

The fresh dewater digested sludge of municipal wastewater treatment plant was suited for vaccinal sludge at the startup of anaerobic reactor and the concentration should not be less 10mg/L; the COD of feed wastewater should be lower than 5000mg/L, and VOL was 20 percent of total VOL; the alkalinity of effluent should be more than 3000mg/L; on the condition of the COD removed 80% can the VOL be elevated.

在5L体积的生物反应器中，加入含10g/L微载体的199培养基，接种Vero细胞至细胞浓度达到1×105/mL，培养7d后细胞可生长至6~7×106/mL，然后以感染复数为0.01接种狂犬病毒VaG株，接毒后24h开始收获，连续收获12d左右，收获的病毒滴度范围在6.0~8.5logLD50/mL，收获的病毒原液经浓缩、灭活和纯化等步骤制备成疫苗，各项质量指标均达到《中国生物制品规程》2000年版要求。
