According to the Box-Benhnken design principle,the method of response surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels was used. The factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression analysis. Response surfaces were finally graphed with the yield as the response value. The synthesis conditions were optimized as follows:reaction reagent was NBS,stoichiometric proportion between NBS and anhydrovinblastine was 1.07; the dosage of TFA was 22 mL/L; reaction temperature was －68 ℃ and duration was 90 min.

在单因素实验基础上，根据Box-Benhnken实验设计原理，采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法，研究了各个因素及其交互作用后，得到了合成7′-Br-脱水长春碱的最佳工艺条件：以二氯甲烷为溶剂，采用NBS为溴代剂，其用量与底物的物质的量比为1.07∶1，TFA的加入量22 mL/L，在－68 ℃下反应90 min，终止反应后，得到卤代产物。

Steps of the invention are that an agitator in a main reaction region is started while water enters to implement the nitrification process under the hypoxic condition. When a maximum value appears on a pH value curve and an inflection point appears on an ORP curve, the stirring is stopped. When the last stirring stage is stopped, oxygen is added in the mixture for the degradation of organic compounds and the nitrification of nitrogen compounds. When a minimum value appears on the pH value curve, the aeration is stopped. The steps are repeated till the water inletting stage is finished. And an aerobic aeration stage is taken as an ending stage of a reaction period.

本发明步骤：进水同时开启主反应区搅拌器，进行缺氧条件下的反硝化过程，当pH值曲线上出现极大值且ORP曲线上出现拐点停止搅拌；上一搅拌阶段停止后，向混合液中供氧，进行有机物的降解和含氮化合物的硝化作用，当pH值曲线上出现极小值停止曝气；重复以上步骤，直到进水阶段结束，并以好氧曝气阶段为反应期的结尾阶段。

The results indicate that the relative atom content of Nd islow contrasted to that of Fe, which results from the weak competitive reaction ofNdCl〓 because of the strong bulk effects. The results of x ray photoelectronspectroscopy reveal that other valence of Fe could be in NdCl〓-FeCl〓-GIC.It is considered as the result of the charge shift between FeCl〓,〓 and graphitein intercalating process. Structural model of RECGIC was supplemented after thinking of the chargeshift between the intercalates and graphite. The characteristic layer distance, I〓, ofstage-1 RECGIC were calculated by the model.

利用能谱分析测定了NdCl〓-FeCl〓-GIC中插入剂的含量，结果表明， Nd的相对含量低于Fe的相对含量，这是因为NdCl〓的空间效应较大，而致使其竞争插入反应处于劣势的缘故。X光电子能谱研究表明，Fe可能有其它价态存在，这是由于在插入反应过程中，FeCl〓、NdCl〓以及石墨间发生电荷转移等作用的结果。

计算结果表明：表面催化反应对空间气相反应有抑制作用；在微型管道内，通过导热壁轴向间的传热，预热入口混合气体，使氢气燃烧更加充分；随着入口速度的增大，燃烧过程同时存在着表面催化反应和空间气相反应两种控制因素；管壁材料和当量比对氢气的催化燃烧过程有重要的影响。

The models of the ear swilling of mice and paw edema of rats were adopted to assay anti-inflammatory effect. Results 5-ASA(ig,75,150 and 300 mg.kg-1,for 3 d)significantly reduced the ear swelling of mice and the paw edema of rats and also decreased the writhing. 5-ASA at the dose of 300 mg.kg-1 ig,prolonged pain latency on hot-plate reaction.
