AVO analysis is suggested for solving to solve the difficulty in identification of thin alternating layers in exploration of oilfields. It can improve the current method that has no thickness variable in the formula of reflective and is limited by sampling rates in calculation of the coefficient in the time of domain. Using the relationship of stress and displacement on two interfaces, this paper derives the spectrum of reflective coefficient for any incidence angle and thiekness of thim layer based on the equation of seismic wave propagation in the frequency domain.

针对油气田开发中薄互层认识难的问题，提出从AVO分析解决困难，克服现有方法在反射系数公式中无厚度变量、时间域计算反射系数谱受采样率限制的不足，运用两个界面间位移与应力关系，从频率域地震波传播方程推导了任意入射角和薄层厚度下的反射系数谱。

目前我国东部的石油勘探工作已进入精细勘探阶段，如何确定陆相地层中薄储层的空间展布规律及其性质已成为一个亟待解决的问题，由于我国东部的绝大多数中、新生代陆相含油盆地大都以薄层砂、泥岩沉积为主，夹有少量薄层碳酸盐岩、页岩及膏盐层，地层岩性和厚度横向变化均较大，而且这些地层的厚度远远低于常规地震勘探的垂向分辨率，因此，从理论上研究沙泥岩薄互层地震反射特征、薄互层组内的单层厚度、子结构厚度、互层组内层数、入射子波类型、主频、采样率等各种因素对反射波特征的影响，将对我们定性或定量求取薄互层组中各单层厚度或薄层组的厚度、预测薄储层的空间展布规律有一定的理论和现实意义。

A method of designing antireflection coatings by the way of Rugate coatings was presented. The reason of difference of transmittance was analysed under the circumstanes of polarization and board angle incidence. Antireflection coatings of 1500-1600nm and incidence angle from 0° to 80° were designed. A new way of design was founded.

阐述了利用Rugate膜系理论设计宽角度减反射薄膜的方法，从理论上分析了在宽角度的情况下，偏振产生透过率不同的原因，模拟设计了光谱区在1500-1600nm波段，入射角从0度到80度宽角度减反射薄膜，探索出了一条新型膜系设计的途径，其优化结果是较为理想的。

Results Of 355 ears in 200 children with secretory otitis media, 240 ears exhibited type B tympanogram and 115 ears type C. Removal of hydrotympanum was performed in 355 ears. There was no significant difference in total obtaining liquid rate (P＞0.05). However, there was very significant differences in obtaining mucus rate, stapedius muscle reflex and recurrence rate (P＜0.01), and a significant difference in obtaining serous rate (P＜0.05). There was no misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis in 200 sick children undergoing acoustic immitance determination.

结果 200例（355耳）分泌性中耳炎患儿呈B型鼓室导抗图240耳，C型鼓室导抗图115耳，分别对其抽出鼓室积液，它们的总得液率无显著性差异（P＞0.05），但其得粘液率、镫骨肌反射、复发率有极显著性意义（P＜0.01），得浆液率有显著性意义（P＜0.05）；在接受200例声导抗检查的患儿中，无1例发生误诊及漏诊。

The influences of clouds types, clouds thickness and liquid water content on the light scattering characteristics of clouds are discussed.
