In this paper,using numerical solution method of vector diffraction theory,we discuss the dependence of reflectivity upon structural parameters of subwavelength grating,particularly upon substrate thickness.It can be used as the basis for design and fabrication of binary optical element with proper antireflection property.

测试结果表明，新工艺的朗伯余弦辐射特性得到明显改善，在0°与45°入射时，归一化曲线接近标准余弦曲线；300 nm处半球反射率均匀度从0.77提高到0.98；200~400 nm处半球反射率平均提高33%；将其应用于紫外－真空紫外遥感仪器上进行了角度响应测试，漫反射特性明显优于美国2002年发射的同类仪器SBUV/2。

The test results indicate that Lambert cosine radiation characteristic of the new method has a distinct improvement, and the incidence normalized curve approaches to the standard cosine curve in the 0° and 45°. Moreover,with the new mehtod, hemisphere index of reflection uniformity increases from 0.77 to 0.98 at 300 nm and the hemisphere index of reflection averagely enhances by 33% at 200~400 nm.

The transmission, reflection and absorption spectra of the cyanine thin films were measured by the spectrophotometer and the reflection and the absorption of this cyanine thin film are high enough for optical recording at 780 nm.

The correlative relationship between three hyperspectral parameters and chlorophyll content of Festuca arundinacea, Lolium perenne, and Agrostis stoloni fera was studied. 实验以高解析光学显微镜及紫外光/可见光光谱仪分析虎斑蝶、碧翠凤蝶、锯粉蝶、摩浮尔蝶蝶翼表面的光学反射、穿透与吸收特性，实验结果显示，转印的Morpho蝶翼微结构与真实摩浮尔蝶反射率较相近，故将Morpho蝶作为转印微结构，由SEM观察转印的翅脉微结构，呈现出与Morpho蝶相同的阵列鳞片与脊状的鳍片，虽细微的树枝状结构少，但转印出的微结构溅镀20nm的金属膜提高反射率，而由AFM检测转印出阵列脊状的鳍片间隔尺寸约为1.5μm的宽度。

The absorption spectrum center wavelength of dolomite is near 232 μm is shorter than 235 μm of limestone,and thus RBD7 and RBD8 can be employed effectively to identify dolomite and limestone,respectively. 白云岩的CO2-3吸收谱带中心波长位于232〖KG*3〗μm，与灰岩的CO2-3 吸收谱带中心波长位置235 μm相比，具有向短波长方向移动的特点，据此可以利用RBD7、RBD8分别有效的识别白云岩和灰岩；长英质岩石显示AlOH和Fe3+ VNIRSWIR吸收特征，而基性超基性岩石显示Fe2+和Fe、MgOH特征，利用不同的铁价态和次要矿物可以区分它们：ASTER band2/band1代表了含Fe3+矿物分布信息、ASTER band5/band4代表了含Fe2+矿物分布信息、RBD6可以估计AlOH矿物的丰度；砂质/泥质片岩含较多的多硅白云母、绿泥石、黑硬绿泥石以及风化后表面覆盖的其它粘土矿物，在221 μm（band 6）存在有特征的吸收谱带，并且在165 μm（band 4）具有较高的反射率，而蓝片/绿片岩在221 μm（band 6）反射率较高，不具有明显特征吸收谱带，同时其在165 μm（band 4）反射率较低，因此蓝片/绿片岩ASTER band4/band6 比值低。
