The composition of mafic rocks in the volcanic margin reflect their mantle origin and their crustal contamination. High temperature and low-pressure metamorphism can occur during the rifting stage and reflects a temporal trend of increasing temperature and decreasing pressure during the continental breakup.

Methods: A model to evaluate lymphocyte proliferation stimulated with a polyclonal activator, concanavalin A, was established by vital dye carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester labeling technique. Effects of the different doses of anisomycin on the lymphocyte proliferation were estimated by flow cytometry and MTT methods. The propidium iodide labeling technique was applied to assay the effect of the different doses of anisomycin on changes of the lymphocyte cell-cycle stimulated by ConA or by phorbol ester plus Ionomycin. The percentage of the expression level of CD69 and CD25 on the activated lymphocytes was evaluated by fluorescin-conjugated monoclonal antibody double labeling technique.

Methods: Thirty adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: the operation group, the transplantation of MSCs group and the injection of saline group. Functional outcome measurements were performed based on the modified neurological severity score at day 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 after MACO. The survival, migration, expression of Nestin, glial fibriliary acidic protein and neuronspecific enolase of 5bromo2deoxyuridinelabeled MSCs were detected by immunohistochemical double staining.

The new dye 5 can color wool at 2% or silk at 3% o. w. f. into black one. The investigation of the uptake of 5 and its color appearance showed that it was assigned to an acid bluish black dye and its blackness was more excellent than that of Acid Black 10B.
