The goal is to simplify the neural-computing of biovision process modeled inthe Boundary Contour System of FACADE theory, and to extract subjective contour in.a new way. The procedure consists of DOG filtering, cooperative filtering,post-processing of cooperative cues and regrouping of endpoints, corresponding to theoriented edge filtering by simple cells, cooperative filtering by bipole cells and end-stopeffect formulated by hypercomplex cells in biovision system respectively. The last oneis an algorithm based on connection relation graph, which judges whether two keypoints should be connected according to their positions and orientations and thenconnect the key points that Should be connected to complete the subjective contour.

本文主要完成了以下工作：一是针对张量投票方法处理主观轮廓时出现的问题进行了改进，并依据矩阵的特征值摄动理论分析了该方法误差产生的原因以及迭代对其影响；二是用图像处理方法代替FACADE理论中复杂的细胞动力学方程，提出了一种基于视觉竞争合作机制的轮廓组织及缺口修复算法，该方法通过DOG滤波器组、合作滤波器组和张量投票等方法分别模拟视觉系统中的简单细胞有向滤波、双极细胞合作滤波和终端截断后端点重组等主观轮廓形成过程；三是提出了一种基于可连接关系图的算法解决轮廓组织及缺口修复问题，该方法在轮廓特征提取的基础上，根据关键点的位置和取向信息判断其可连接关系，进而连接具有可连接关系但没有实际连接的关键点，最终完成轮廓缺口的修复。

Simultaneously the model of bipolar junction transistor and CMOS transistor and the basic circuit units such as current mirrors are briefly introduced; with the topology and model circuit ,the principle and feature of the CC are analyzed. The applications of the CC in the fields of the active network and signal process are synthesized.

首先介绍了模拟集成电路在当代社会中的重要性和集成电路研究的必要性，并简要地介绍了双极型晶体管和CMOS晶体管的模型结构以及几种电流镜电路的原理及性能；从电流传送器的拓扑结构入手，在给出其模型电路的基础上，介绍了电流传送器的工作原理。

We propose that SEPT7 forms a link between kinetochore localization of CENP-E and the mitotic spindle checkpoint.

At the first time, the study of misdivision pattern of homoeologous group 5monosomic univerlants from North Chinese common wheat was conducted. The results indicated that there were 37 orietation patterns in 27cobinations including nine cultivars and three chromosomes . According to analysis of 37 orientation patterns, four misdivision patterns were discovered.

Taking HPAM solutions as an example, the unsteady flow of power-law fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder reciprocating axially is calculated; the distribution of velocity, flow rate and stability parameter is obtained; taking HEC solutions as another example, the flow of second order fluid in eccentric annuli with the inner cylinder moving axially is calculated too; the distribution of velocity and stress is obtained; the effect of eccentricity and axial movement on stress distribution on the outwall of the inner cylinder is analysed.

The creative aspects in this dissertation are summarized as below:(1) In relation to the BJT/FWD integrated device, two new ideas are proposed. One is to extend the diode anode metalization to the region between the BJT and the diode regions to realize a Schottky contact to release the influence of the BJT region on the diode switching performance.

Sustained AF could be induced easily in all dogs during vagal nerve stimulation in vivo both before and after isolation of all PVs with encircling lesions created by a bipolar radiofrequency ablation clamp device. PV elimination had no effect on atrial effective refractory period or its responses to cholinergic stimulation. Autonomic ganglia were identified by bradycardic and/or tachycardic responses to high-frequency subthreshold local stimulation. Ablation of the autonomic ganglia overlying all PV ostia suppressed the effective refractory period-abbreviating and AF-promoting effects of cervical vagal stimulation, whereas ablation of only left- or right-sided PV ostial ganglia failed to suppress AF.

One-sample t test was used in profoundly congenital hearing loss infants and control group,the activated brain areas were:bilateral transverse temporal gyri, superior temporal gyrus,middle temporal gyrus,bilateral insular lobe,bilateral precentral gyrus,postcentral gyrus,bilateral cingulate gyrus,bilateral inferior parietal lobule,bilateral superior parietal lobule,bilateral superior frontal gyrus.

在对极重度感音神经性耳聋患儿和对照组进行组间比较发现，病人组数据减去对照组数据时可见激活的脑区主要有：双侧颞横回、双侧颞上回、双侧颞中回、双侧岛叶、双侧中央前、后回、双侧扣带回、双侧顶下小叶、双侧顶上小叶、双侧额上回等，提示极重度感音神经性耳聋患儿在接受刺激后动用了更多的脑区而且激活强度明显增加。
