双子宫

The goal of this study was to compare long-term health outcomes and mortality after oophorectomy or ovarian conservation in 29,380 women participants of the Nurses' Health Study who had a hysterectomy for benign disease. Of these, 16,345 (55.6%) had hysterectomy with bilateral oophorectomy, and 13,035 (44.4%) had hysterectomy with ovarian conservation.

这项研究的目的在於比较卵巢切除术或是卵巢保留，对参与护理人员健康研究之29，380位因良性原因切除子宫之女性的影响；在这些病患中，16，345位（55.6%）接受子宫摘除与双侧卵巢切除，而13，035位（44.4%）接受子宫摘除与卵巢保留。

Results:Under the laparoscopy,1 patient had a normal pelvis,the other 9 persons got conglutinant pelvis(7 were caused by chronic pelvic inflammation,1 by operation,1 by endometriosis),3 got wide conglutination between the back wall of uterus and rectum,depression of rectum disappeared;1 got pelvic inflammatory cyst;4 got endometriosis,and one of which got bilateral ovarian cyst and bilateral ovarian small teratoma.

结果：1例盆腔正常；9例盆腔粘连（慢性盆腔炎引起7例，手术引起1例，子宫内膜异位引起1例），其中3例子宫后壁与直肠广泛粘连，直肠窝消失；1例盆腔炎症包块；4例子宫内膜异位，其中1例双侧卵巢小巧克力囊肿合并双侧卵巢小畸胎瘤。

Results The patients aged 13 - 30 including 2 cases of type Ⅰ,7 cases of type Ⅱ and 1 case of type Ⅲ,had frequent symptoms of dysmenorrheal and abdominal pain （7 cases）, vaginal puruloid secretion （3 cases） and infertility （3 cases）; 10 of them were complicated with double uterus,2 with unicornous uterus, 3 with endometrial cystis; 8 of them were complicated with ipsilatera renal agenesis, 2 with horseshoe kidney; 2 of them were misdiagnosised.

结果患者年龄13-30岁，Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型7例，Ⅲ型1例；临床表现为下腹痛和痛经7例，阴道流脓3例，不孕症3例；10例例均合并双子宫，单角子宫2例，内膜囊肿3例；8例合并同侧肾脏缺如，2例合并马蹄肾；误诊2例；治疗以斜膈切开术为主，部分病例同时行内膜囊肿剥除和单角子宫切除。

显微镜下的特点是双相增生，两种成份，子宫内膜腺体和细胞呈非典型性增生，还有子宫肌瘤样间质成份，子宫肌瘤样间质成份弥漫分隔松散的，成片状排列，但不规则的分技状子宫内膜样腺体，这些腺体也可以呈拥挤的，明显复杂性增生。

Results In 5 cases, 4 cases received subtotal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and 1 cases received total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. 2 patients got infectious shock, and 1 patient died of it.

结果 5例患者中，4例接受了子宫全切并双附件切除术，1例患者接受了子宫次全切并双附件切除术；2例患感染性休克，其中1例死亡。
