As early as Before Chin Dynasty, the Confucianists had developed the learning tradition that virtue and truth were emphasized equally. Their learning principle was self-cultivation in both benevolence and wisdom, i.e. moral inquiry.The learning tradition of ancient West mainly means the learning tradition created by Socrates and developed by Plato and Aristotle. It paid close attention to existence and the intrinsic consistence of knowledge and benevolence.The Enlightenment had dual influence on existentialism meaning of learning. For one thing, it created conditions for the liberation of human. The call for ration, freedom and democracy aroused inquiry spirit in education. For another,"subject-object" dualism looked oh scientific knowledge as rigid object truth, and human mind became "mirror" to reflect the objective reality. So education degenerated into knowledge indoctrinating and skills training. It depressed inquiry spirit and human creative personality.

先秦以来儒家的学习传统是强调真理与德性并重，儒家的学习原则是仁智双修，德性探究；古代西方的学习传统，主要是指由苏格拉底所开创，经柏拉图、亚里士多德继承和发展的关注人的生存、追求知识与&善&的内在一致性的学习传统；启蒙运动一方面为在教育中实现人的解放创造了条件，对理性、自由和民主的呼唤催生了教育中的探究精神，但另一方面，启蒙理性的&主-客体&二元论性格，使得科学知识变成僵化的客观真理，人的心灵变成反映客观实在的&镜子&，教育由此退变为知识灌输和技能训练的过程，压抑了探究精神和人的创造个性。

Thinking of presenting problems, this research mainly studied some solid base catalysts which own higher catalysis ability and longer lifetime. Then, the phase diagram and equilibrium data of oil-alcohol-biodiesel-glycerol multiphase system were measured because the biodiesel producing process lacks of thermodynamic data.Based on a double-membranes theory and the thermodynamic data, a kinetic model was proposed. In addition, a mult-step extraction process was proposed to dispose the jatropha curcas l oil with high acid value in order to decrease the acid value. Then, a new technology of biodiesel producing using solid base as a catalyst was developed. The study objects and results are as follows.

本研究针对负载型固体碱催化剂活性组分易流失、使用寿命短的缺点，制备了高效、稳定的固体碱催化剂；针对生物柴油制备体系热力学数据缺乏的问题，测定了大豆油-醇-生物柴油-甘油体系的相图和平衡特性，在此基础上基于双膜理论，建立了固体碱制备生物柴油的动力学模型；同时针对酸价较高的麻疯果油，提出了先用甲醇或乙醇多级萃取降低酸价，再用固体碱催化制备的新工艺。

Objective To explore the application of the duplicate determination of patient samples in clinical biochemical internal quality control by using the extreme difference quality control chart.

目的 利用极差型质控图，探讨患者标本双份测定法在临床生化检验室内质控中的应用。

Methods In the conventional internal quality control in the control specimens after the test day, a specimen which total protein result was 60-80 gL^(-1), and albumin result was 30-50 gL^(-1) was selected from the first ten specimens every day, the specimen's TP and ALB results were retested after 3 hours. The difference between the two test results and the difference of the standard deviation were calculated every day for 40 days. Extreme difference quality control chart was established by control limits of range which was calculated by the standard deviation.

在常规室内质控在控后开始检测标本，每天从前10份标本中选出1份总蛋白60~80 gL^(-1)、白蛋白30~50 gL^(-1)的标本，3 h后再重测1次该标本的TP、ALB，每天计算2次测定结果的差值和差值的标准差，连续40个工作日，利用标准差计算双份测定极差的控制限，建立极差型质控图。

And then TP and ALB of specimens was test with duplicate determination for a month (22 working days), the difference between the two test result was described on the extreme difference quality control chart.

再连续1个月（22个工作日）进行患者标本TP、ALB双份测定，把每天2次测得结果的差值描到极差型质控图上。
