The conversion boundary of self-incompatibility was researched by sowing by stage. Sunshine of day and temperature was studied critically by investigating leafage and researching traits indoors. The results showed that the daily minimum temperature was the principal factor of affinity conversion and the affinity conversion boundary was 16.5~18.1℃.HE97 was primarily regard as self-incompatible line in this research. The method was by inbreeding and sib HE97, Half the silk of HE97 and Zheng58. Inbreeding and cross have been done simultaneously. The extending condition of pollen tube was observed by dying the silk after pollinating 4 hours. The individuals with pollen tube were observed having seeds, while the individuals without pollen tube were observed having few seeds or no seeds. So this study regard HE97 as sporophytic self-incompatibility .The planting ration of female parent HE97 and male parent 87-1 was 4:1.The nature cross-pollination was studied by the theory of endosperm xenity, the study show that the setting percentage of HE97 was 625%, in which the seed in self was 70% and the seed in hybrid was 30%. This was consistent with the study of silk anatomy structure, then come to the same conclusion: compatible pollen germination and fertilization can stimulate the self-incompatible pollen germination and fertilization in the same corn cob.
通过分期播种,进行了光温敏自交不亲和材料HE97亲和性转换区间的研究,依据田间跟踪调查叶龄及室内考种研究了HE97亲和性转换区间的光温临界值,结果表明:1日最低温度是影响HE97自交不亲和性的主要原因,亲和性转换区间在16.5℃~18.1℃之间。2通过HE97自交和姊妹交以及将HE97与郑58作为双亲,各自的花丝一分为二,分别正反交,授粉后4个小时分别取其花丝进行固定、染色,观察花粉管的伸长情况,根据结实率与花粉管伸长的对应关系,结果发现观察到花粉管的对应植株收获到了种子,而没有观察到花粉管的对应植株结实率极低或没有结实,本研究把HE97初步划为孢子体自交不亲和类型。3以HE97为母本,87-1为父本,按4母:1父行比,通过花粉直感效应研究天然异交率,结果母本HE97结实良好(62%),其中自交粒占70%,异交粒占30%,结合花丝切片观察表明,亲和花粉的萌发及受精会导致落在同一果穗柱头上不亲和花粉的萌发不再受抑制。

Purpuraristatus, the growth, fertility, chromosome configuration, EST isozyme etc. were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the growth potentiality of (E. sibiricus×E. purpuraristatus) F2 and (E. purpuraristatus×E. sibiricus) F1 were much stronger than their parents, the plant height of the former was 143.2 cm. The whole plant was reseda, the latter was 129.7 cm. The spike nodding of two hybrids were in the middle of their parents, the anther was yellow; the pollen fertility was 0.02%~0.03%, seed set was 0; the average chromosome configuration of former pollen mother cell at PMC M Ⅰ was 6.90Ⅰ+14. 02Ⅱ, the latter was 7.82Ⅰ+13.59 Ⅱ, and lagging chromosome and bridge fragment were observed at meiosis anaphase Ⅰ the EST of the two hybrids F1 and their parents at tillering stage was some certain different in locus, number and intensity.
结果表明,正交F1和反交F1植株的生长势均很强,正交F1株高143.2 cm、全株浅绿色,反交F1株高129.7 cm、全株灰绿色;正、反交F1的穗型均呈双亲中间型,花药呈黄色,花粉可育率0.02%~0.03%,结实率为0,说明杂种高度不育;正交F1的花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ平均染色体构型为6.90Ⅰ+14.02Ⅱ,反交F1为7.82Ⅰ+13.59Ⅱ,减数分裂后期丁有落后染色体和染色体桥等不规则现象;亲本及其正、反交杂种F1分某期幼叶的EST同工酶酶带的位点、数目和强弱均存在一定差异,可作为亲本及杂种在蛋白质水平识别的重要依据。

Results (1)Relevance rate of behavioral problems in type 1 diabetes group was 20.2%,two fold significantly higher than that in the control group(8.2%)(P=0.000).(2)Logistic analysis showed that risk factors concerned behavioral problems in diabetic children and adolescents included patients lived in rural areas,poor parents' marital relationship,poor parent- child relation,improper cultural ways,poor communication and understandings between family members,uniparental family and poor control of blood glucose.(3)It was found that diabetes was the most significant risk factor affected the occurrence of behavioral problems among all related factors based on the analytic results in both the type 1 diabetes group and the health group.Conclusions (1)Children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes are the high- risk population who are apt to the occurrence of behavioral problems.

The CMS line 9704A, the restorer 8001 and F, population of 9704AX8001 containing 120 individual plants were used for molecular mapping of the restorer gene by bulked segregant analysis. 515 decamer primers with arbitrary sequences were chosen for polymerase chain reaction amplification. It is found that the polymorphism between the parents could be detected by 43. 8% of the primer and one RAPD marker OPL09-76I was tightly linked to the restorer gene of the restorer 8001 with the overcross value of 4.17% and genetic distance of 4. 18cM. The marker was repeatable and easy to score.
